This location is by far one of the worst ones I have been to. I wanted to find a new game for my system and I did a search for a nearby Gamestop and it brought me here. However, when I came here, I should have just tried to find another location nearby (in fact, I did go to another location). The parking lot here is a nightmare. It is so small, on a corner lot at a traffic signal and busy road, and not nearly enough parking spots for those that might want to visit not only this store, but the other stores that share the plaza. I honestly saw someone not understand the flow of traffic in the least and block the whole parking lot so no one could come or go. Inside, it was a store that needed some tender loving care. I found it to be dark and unwelcoming. I also felt cramped while in here and I'm not usually one of those people. All I wanted was out when I was here.

They say open at 10a. They won't open til 11a. Store is always messy and employees aren't super helpful. They seem to want to get u in and out the door. Its never crowded so don't understand the rush. They also don't answer the phone. Also why does this store only get pre-orders. You walk in and they turn you away saying if you didn't pre-order we don't have a copy for you. This store should be closed down and send the inventory and employees to other locations.

The employees are always very friendly & helpful, but this store gets almost 0 copies of new games in.If you don't pre-order, you're kinda out of luck... Sad days for Gamestop.
