Called and made an appointment to get new tires and a front end alignment on my truck. I asked for a quote for the tires and alignment and was told the tires were around $200 each and the alignment was $170. I drove from Crownsville to Glen Burnie and when I went in fill out the paperwork the new quote for tires were $377 each. They refused to honor their quote and asked me to leave and go to another store.

The one star is for the fact they changed the oil. The 4 missing stars is for the fact I had a appointment for 1:00PM, was15 minutes early, they are under construction so you can’t wait in the lobby and it was winter so we had to pay to go somewhere and eat to stay warm. Witch was okay because when I asked how long the expected to take they quoted me “1 hour and 15 minutes” even know a oil change only takes a hour at absolute max. So a hour and 45 minutes later I called to check the status of the vehicle and they hadn’t even’s started yet. (2:30) then at 3:30 I called again, and was told they just started. Ok, fair enough maybe they where busy or short staffed. At 4:30 I called them back once more and was told they’re still working on it. I must had been lied too because if they started at 3:30 they should had been near finished by 4:30, at 5:30 I called and the guy seemed irritated that I kept calling each hour and said “I will call you when it’s ready!” In fear that they would do something to mess my car up I didint call back and waited for their call…we’ll around 7:10 I. Still haven’t received a call from them and bit the bullet and called again just to be told they finished and forgot to call me. I sat and waited 7 and a half hours for a simple oil change ! No discount or anything was offered for the inconvenience. If you have all day to wait for a oil change then go here

Why do you have appointments 4th time I have been here and each time they don't complete what they are supposed to do air keeps leaking out of my tires that they put on the SUV monitor that they broke and then want to charge me !! Give me appointment for 9am Saturday the car didn't get seen til maybe 11:00am didn't get finished til 2:45 get in the car brakes are fixed and they broke 2 studs and charged me for it!! Guess what back here again on Weds 9am still haven't been seen appointment. Tech will be in at 9amstill one person here.

I really hate to give bad reviews but I just have to.I brought my car in for brakes and rotors in March which they supposedly did however my car started shaking in July. I took it back and they said the brake pads were defective so they fixed them now in October back for the same reason but to my surprise they now tell me that the rotors I paid for were never put on so of course my brake pads are defective over and over .I left my car all day yesterday said it would be ready by 5 but guess what they don’t have the parts even though at 1 they said they were working on it . I had to bring it back today just absolutely a horrible experience so angry .I am just biting my tongue so they will fix it Please don’t go here they don’t even put parts on you pay for .I know I am going to get screwed at mechanic shops but at least give me the overprice parts I pay for .I have wasted time and money coming up here because they are incompetent.I think the owner should definitely be paying attention if you have employees charging you for parts and not putting them on you should close up you are steeling from your customers.I am not a mechanic but how can you completely forget to put on the rotors a customer paid for and then the second time it is brought back not even realize it just mind blowing!!!!..I have been sitting here over 3 hours they said it would be a hour but I just found out they haven’t been working on my car because get this I almost can’t believe it the parts aren’t even here because between the service tech and the guy up front not Katie that ordered the parts they both ordered the wrong ones between the two of them they couldn’t figure that out I don’t know to laugh or cry at this point.I don’t think it can get much worse.This owner should pay more attention to what is happening at your business or just close up you should not be allowed to run this type of business .

Fitz energy solutions, the company I work for, did some work there with the lighting and everyone was awesome. We had great conversations with the employees and they told us how they make sure the customers get the lowest price with the best service. I highly recommend them

Made an appointment came a few minutes early to check in. 10 minutes later an employee came and asked me was I picking up then when I told him no I have an appointment he just walked away and went outside with the rest of the mechanics carried on with a conversation… I had to go around the side to break up the convo to find out they can’t find “the guy” and they don’t know what to tell me so out of 4 mechanics nobody can help me out. Waste of gas and time. They could care less pointless coming here if you expect some sort of customer service.

Came in to get my car looked at, Katie was so helpful in getting it taken care of in a timely manner. I didn't wait long, and Delroy was beyond helpful with looking it over and addressing any issues... Will definitely be back ?

The service is absolutely terrible at this location. 7592 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie. I dropped my car off for an appointment at 11am to get my brakes checked out. First red flag ? there was no one at the counter and the guy that was on the other side of the window acted like he didn’t see me waving to get his attention. He comes out and does not even say hello. Told him I was dropping off for an appointment and will be back to pick up later when they say it’s completed. 2 red flag ? Someone called me at 2:04 to tell me that I needed new rotors, brake pads and a brake fluid flush because it was dirty and empty. I consented to the work after having him explain to me the breakdown of the price. 3rd red flag ? I get another call at 2:38 asking if I agreed to the work needed. I told the woman that called me back that I already spoke to someone and agreed to the work. Remember, I dropped my car off for an 11am appointment. Then I received a call at 4:13, 4th and final red flag ? asking where was the wheel lock. Wait, you mean to tell me my car was there for 5 hours and at the end of the day you’re asking for the wheel lock? I told the woman that I would bring it. But then after I got off the phone, my boyfriend was like, well how did they check the brakes to determine their assessment? I called back to cancel the job and I would pick up my car. By far the absolute worst service from a Firestone I’ve ever received.

My experience with Firestone auto service was a complete letdown. Despite initially appearing helpful, Katie at the front desk turned out to be unreliable. She recommended a suitable tire and offered a discounted quote for a set of 4 tire changes, but then informed me they didn't have the tires in stock and would need to bring them from storage for my appointment the next day.However, when I arrived for the supposed appointment, the staff denied having any knowledge of it and refused to assist me. Their lack of communication and disorganization left me feeling frustrated and bewildered. I had no choice but to seek tires elsewhere, wasting my time and effort. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I won't be returning to Firestone for any future services. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with their service as it seems they don't value their customers' time or loyalty.

Scott and Katie are awesome. I've taken my 2009 toyota matrix to them for everything from oil changes, brakes, shocks, the whole thing. Had a little hiccup with my wife's RAV4, but they made it right and I appreciated their patience with an unusual situation. Being a mechanic is a tough job and not one that I could. They over-inflated my tires and broke another tire sensor. The right rear was broken but now front left doesn't read anything... Not a huge deal because I can check it myself, but makes me wonder what sort of care they are putting into their job. Also standard psi for my car is 33. Otherwise did a good job. Guy at front desk was very friendly as well. Just not sure how to deflate my tires to the right psi.Services: Wheel alignment

This is worst Firestone I’ve been to. I made an appointment for an oil change at 11am and was told it would be about an hour. I check in at 12:15pm and my car is still sitting in the same spot I parked in. I only waited inside because l was told it would take an hour. There was no update until I asked to cancel the service.
