This place is FAST. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. As were many customers. As soon as we walked in we were immediately helped by the store manager. Granted most of us were just dropping off multiple packages but he could of let a line form. Thanks!!

I ordered a print job on their website. When I went to pick it up it was wrong and it was MY mistake. The store immediately offered to redo the job at no extra cost. Amazing.

I have stopped in this location several times over the last few years. Typically my husband has me drop off a package he already has sealed and labeled and just needs it dropped off. The location is never super busy and the service is rather quick. I always hand them a package, get the receipt and hit the road. It appears this location is capable of offering many different services such as printing, copying and various others.

Needed several documents adjusted and printed as I am clueless on when it comes editing certain files. Leila or Leilani was very helpful and patient in helping me. Very pleasant and professional staff.

I just needed to overnight a letter, but I was greeted as soon as I entered the business by Cody, who was very friendly and helpful. He searched for different rates and shipping speeds, then asked if there was anything else I needed. I started sort of roll my eyes, because what else might you need from FedEx? But lo and behold, I did need copy paper, which they were cleverly marketing right next to the register. I received a coupon for another visit and was out the door within maybe three minutes. I usually go to the UPS store, but I may have to rethink that in the future.
