Famous footwear is amazing, the store themselves, but their credit card is a joke. So when the sales clerk don't push for you to sign up that's a good thing. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CREDIT CARD!! BUT SHOP AT THEIR STORE, employees are fantastic and merch too!!.

I have been going to this location for 4 years. With discounts from the Famous Footwear app, I am able to purchase shoes for the entire family in one trip. With a husband and 5 kids, that's huge! We try to save money whenever we can, and Famous Footwear provides quality name brand shoes for reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly, and I always end up in conversations with the staff that make me feel like I am talking to neighbors or familiar friends. That makes a big impact and helps when I'm shopping for a family of 7! They make exchanges from postal orders easy, and whenever my size isn't available, they order it from their computer and have it shipped to my address or to their store if I want. I have never had a better shopping experience than when I go to Famous Footwear in Glen Burnie.

It was good I ordered a pair of Nike boots online and picked up in store. The customer service rep was nice, and I was in and out in about 3 minutes

Employee hiding in aisles texting n playing with finger nail, avoiding helping customers. Had to continuously track him down to ask questions or get help finding things, he acted as though he couldn't be bothered. So lazy. The store itself is nice enough, not a ton of variety though.
