“went to the store with the expectation of buying a TV to replace one that had just died after 12 years of service (brand is unimportant as 12 years on a TV is a good life expectancy).After a brief once over of the models on the floor, I explained my situation and what I was looking for in a new TV.Three models fit what I was looking for, I chose the option that was a middle of the road price, and what I thought was the most bang for my buck.My 85" Neo QLED 4K TV was on the truck that evening and delivered to my home mid morning the next day on a Saturday. The team un-boxed it, tested it and removed the packaging for me leaving it in the shipping base as I had asked.Later my son came by and helped me get it up onto the existing TV wall mount.It was the fastest and easiest TV selection, purchase and delivery I have ever experienced.”

“I bought a mac book from this location in 2020 and did not expect to have to need repairs. my son informed me that his computer would not turn on or charge. of coarse that's the only info my son was able to tell me. first off I did not know the geek squad was still around. I made an appointment online but in the meantime I called people who I knew with apple products and all they could tell me was best buy is going to charge you an arm and a leg. I started to call around and got quotes for other location ( NOT BEST BUY) and was quoted 90.00, 50.00 to 180.00 for a diagnostic test. best buy call center rep informed me that the first 20 mins is free. I went on google and saw only the horrible reviews and did not want to go to this location. I decided I was going in and only allowing them to look at my son's computer for 20 mins and that's it. I was greeted by everyone I encountered. I wish I got the young man's name who helped me but I thought I would see him when I picked up my son's computer. Dustin was so helpful and professional. he told me he would keep me updated before making any repairs. he called me and told me everything was okay with my son's computer and I could pick it up. when I picked up son's computer everyone greeted me once again. James was very nice and informative as well. I am so glad I did not go off of these reviews, I hardly ever write reviews but I hope this will help with anyone who need to visit this location.”

While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.”

“I generally avoid going into cell phone stores as they try to upcharge you or add on stuff without letting you know about it.

Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)

The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.

Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.

Walked in expecting a nightmare, ended up saving lots of cash, definitely satisfied.”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced. If you need anything sound related, give John a call!”

“We've had one not-so-great experience at the Glen Burnie T-mobile and another wonderful experience, so four stars feels appropriate.

The first experience was late last year and the associate seemed, to be frank, high and not with this world. He could barely keep his eyes open and proceeded to switch my phone information to a new device despite me saying several times my data wasn't backed up. Thankfully he didn't get far (since his motor skills appeared to be hindered by a substance), and I was able to switch my phones on my own successfully.

The next experience was a few days ago and we saw the representative from before, but made sure to not interact with him. Gregory, who assisted us, is FANTASTIC. He's polite, very engaging and explained the phone warranty process clearly while ensuring the phone data was backed up and restored on the new device. He chatted with us about his love for the Eagles football team, good local food and general pleasantries. Very kind man and excellent associate.

The store itself is always clean and nice music playing. Parking isn't going to be an issue, there's plenty out front. We'll gladly return to this location since Gregory improved my mindset on the location.”

“I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.”
