Manager was so disrespectful to a customer, when a customer asked if someone could open a register because the line was long, she yelled at the customer “you have to have patience” in a nasty tone and continued to speak bad about the customer with another customer, she even gave dirty looks to my daughter. Dollar tree has to train their managers to be more respectful to customers. Worse dollar tree store.

First time visiting this Dollar Tree store, and it was pretty big. The store was clean and organized. It is located next to the Goodwill store on Ritchie Highway. The place was well stocked with a good variety of products. They have a nice aisle of greeting cards. Their snack aisle was also very big. This location also has a Dairy and Frozen Food section. The outside parking lot is nice and spacious, so it's not congested like some Dollar Tree parking lots are. The cashier was friendly and courteous.

if I could choose zero stars I would. Aside from the store being CONSTANTLY filthy no matter what time of day you come in the employees are RUDE. Let me start with the loud mouth manager I'm guessing. Or at least she try to present herself that way by being loud and obnoxious. A lady came in today asking for balloons for her daughters birthday. She asked if they had helium. The rude lady (Caucasian with short hair and a deep voice) loudly stated I can't get helium if there is a big truck right there." It was so rude and condescendin. A few customers turned around and looked. The confused customer just said "hold on, I' was just asking no need for that. Just completely rude. Then you have the older man putting away candy. I'll coming down the aisle with my cart. Of course it's tight so I asked him if he could slide his leg in so I won't hit him. Of course with an attitude he obliged. However, as we were picking out candy he LOUDLY and OBNOXIOUSLY banged the box as hard as he could to flatten it. It scared me daughter to death. It was completely ignorant and unnecessary. Lastly you have the cashier who can't simply greet customers. when you ask for a total l she point to the screen. Why is that necessary. You are in customer service. It cost nothing to say hello, have a good day. I HATE this Dollar Tree but it's the closest to my house and I was pressed for time. I will gladly drive 20 minutes down the road to the other Dollar Store that's clean and has friendly employee. Something really should be done about that staff. This is store 665120 in Glen Burnie Md next to Navy Federal. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I usually stop here for birthday supplies for work or work supplies. There’s always tons of stuff. Usually dollar trees are messy and don’t have a lot of nice stuff but this one is always clean and organized and the staff is so helpful and nice!! Always! Just wanted to come and recognize their customer service !

Great service all the way around. Best so far. The young man, cashier, was famous!! I didn't get a basket and my arms were full and this lovely female employee handed me a basket. Thank you very much for best service ever!
