My car was GROSS, these guys arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. It was very easy, convenient and they were very nice. The estimate was almost exactly what the final cost was, no surprises there which is always welcomed. I would say there was about 10 years worth of dirt, grime and grossness in there and I would have never expected it to look that clean. Thanks again!

My mother left her windows and sunroof open while she went into the drugstore. While she was in there was a unexpected thunderstorm. There was so much water in her car it literally slosed as you were driving. We were leaving on vacation the next day. They not only took her car that night. They kept it for a week while we were on vacation. It looked like new. There was no smell. There was no damage or mold. This could've been a whole different outcome. Thanks Diamond Auto Salon

I bought this car from an auction as a gift for someone. The car arrived at my house by tow this morning. IT WAS FILTHY! I had to call to get it detailed immediately because the person i was giving it to would be arriving by 5. I called over 15 spots and they didn’t have anyone available to do a mobile detail and because I had surgery and was not cleared to drive, that was not going to work. I was able to not only get a same day appointment, but he arrived exactly the time he stated and it was within 2-1/2 hours after I set my appointment! The truck looked like a whole new truck when I came outside to view his work!! I REALLY appreciate your hard work, excellent service, and thank you for being prompt, reliable, & on time! Melvin was fantastic, transforming a mould-ridden filthy car, with accumulated dust and dirt since 2019, into a shining fresh vehicle. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. He went above and beyond and also was kind enough to jump this old rusty car, which took over 45 minutes. This is rare to find today! I purchased a fleet of cars for my security company. My budget for the vehicles was pretty low so I had to buy our cars from an auction. We are expecting our first child and in preparation I treated my husband to a full car detailing before we install the car seat and get ready for baby. It was incredibly easy to schedule a mobile detailing online and there was plenty of availability. The detailer was on-time and came with a van that had everything they could possibly need. The service was fantastic. The detailer was so thorough and really took his time to clean every nook and cranny of the vehicle. The car hasn't looked this good since it was new. Nothing was rushed and no detail was overlooked. His communication was great and we were so happy with the results. Melvin and his crew are absolutely amazing! Our car was covered in sap- so much so, that the outside of the light grey car look like it had been rusted over. I'm talking sap on the body, sap on the windshield, sap absolutely everywhere. Diamond Auto Salon was able to get us in relatively quickly and made the car look like new! I'm sure if the car was this well cleaned when we bought it. And for a great price. You can definitely trust these guys to get the job done right!Services: Full body wash

Absolutely impressed! Beyond words! Arrived with a dog hair covered, super dirty 2 door white jeep with expectations of you don't have to get all the dog hair out and just do the best you can. You guys.....they got all the dog hair out! All of it. I have never seen this jeep cleaner except when it arrived from the dealership. Melvin and his staff (and super cute, resident dog, Diamond) were very professional, very kind, they went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and they nailed it.
