One gentleman in particular went above and beyond to help me his name is Josh Hyatt. I can't say enough about him!! “First time visiting this Dollar Tree store, and it was pretty big. The store was clean and organized. It is located next to the Goodwill store on Ritchie Highway. The place was well stocked with a good variety of products. They have a nice aisle of greeting cards. Their snack aisle was also very big. This location also has a Dairy and Frozen Food section. The outside parking lot is nice and spacious, so it's not congested like some Dollar Tree parking lots are. The cashier was friendly and courteous.”
“I shop at JcPenney some times. They have sales all the time. They have a rewards program where a customer accumulate so many points using their jcpenney credit card, they get 10 dollar of coupon”

“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.”
