My medication was on back order. They decided not to tell me about it. Just canceled the order in their system. Another time their staff treated me like a junkie because I was picking up a coded medication and had questions about the cost. I think CVS must be where you go when you graduate with a D- in pharmacy school and have limited people skills. There are too many pharmacies in this area to deal with this place. I won't go back.

This is an amazing store. Staff are friendly although the pharmacy has been truly rough. The one pharmacist was the worst & was disrespectful to me once & we got into it. She behaved unprofessional & acted like she wanted to fight. Lines were extremely long and I’ve stayed on hold on the phone for over an hour many of times & no one ever answers. Staff just literally moved really slow & acted like they didn’t want to be there & didn’t care to work at a reasonable pace. However, they have improved recently with new staff at the pharmacy & the staff have been so pleasant & have better attitudes. The wait times have decreased & calls are being answered more promptly. I’m glad things have started to get better. Unfortunately, I saw the old pharmacist recently & she didn’t say anything to me. I hope she’s not back or that she got the training that she needs. It is one of the busiest pharmacies, so it takes certain trained staff to hold it down. They are the front line and set the atmosphere for the rest of us.

I get my prescriptions from here and it is always a long wait in-store or drive through. Staff is just OK. They dont have any sense of urgency to help.

This is the worst CVS ever. Don't use this if your life depends on the medication you need. Also it's impossible to get someone on the phone and be prepared to wait for ever when you go in person.

We are long term and very loyal customers of CVS since years ago. I like this CVS in OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Cody is very nice and helpful and a very peopel-person with great sense of customer service. I really appreciate Cody and the gentleman who is the store manager and on top of all, The Pharmacist, Ms. Dr. Sahar Taghvaei, the Persian American doctor who is just perfectly wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sahar Taghvaei, the Iranian Persian- American female Pharmacist is very nice, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I really recommend Dr. Taghvaei to everybody. She knows 4 languages of English, Farsi, Mazi and Dari. She makes the dual-citizens and bi-lingula people feel comfortable to ask or have conversation about the medical issues, without needing to know the English medical terms. Dr. Sahar is a Gem to this Pharmacy. Mozhgan Hudiburgh Maryland , and Ernest Hudiburgh

Not the worst CVS and definitely not the best. Traveling on business and needed a few things. I will still have to find another place to find my Febreze anti-wrinkle spray. Almost nothing on those shelves. Weird small items are locked up to keep from theft. Had to walk to the front of the store to find a clerk who (very kindly) walked back with me and liberated a $5 tweezer. Multitudes of other much more expensive items free to take around the store. Then 10 cents for a big paper grocery bag? Not even a handle to make it more portable. I guess the choice if you don't live here is to leave with a pile of random items in your hand so you can dump them in the front seat of the rental car and watch them roll around. Guess I'll have to start carrying a purse so I can carry my random drugstore items. Other states handle their ecological choices better.

This place is the worst! They will not answer your call, you will be on hold forever. You may or may not get your prescription, and they won’t tell you if it’s out of stock before you get there. When you get your notification that your prescription is ready to be picked up, it’s probably NOT ready. Their drive thru is almost always closed. This place is wildly inconvenient.

By far the worst pharmacy in the area and at this point I'll just have to drive farther to find a better one. Orders aren't ready even when they say they are, they take ages to find it (aren't these organized?), and there's only one person working a register even when the line is 30 people deep. Needs someone new running the show behind the counter.

The manager yelled at the cashier for asking her a simple question regarding the location of my photo order. She ignored my greeting, spoke to the cashier horribly, yelled at him (I saw two people turn around to see what happened) and then stomped off. I wish I had stood up for the cashier in the moment but I was horrified. The cashier was kind, pleasant, and even shared a quick story in our short exchange afterwards. I wish the female manager was not part of the team, who was otherwise wonderful. I contacted corporate as well.

Unfortunately, you can't give them minus stars. CVS Pharmacy is the epitome of bad customer service. As busy as they are and the amount of RX volume that they do, they refuse to take money from their stockholders to hire sufficient staff. Aside from being the most expensive pharmacy, (all of their products considered and not just the RX part of it), probably in the country. Nice job CVS, way to put an exclamation point on poor customer service.
