The two ladies Neremise and Stephanie were knowledgeable yet kind, they recognized our stress or distress after hackers ported our numbers. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue, provided us with alternate temporary numbers educated us on increasing our security. While doing all this, they still maintained professionalism and kindness. I am very thankful for I left the store with a peace of mind ready for the next day.

Worst experience ever. Rude salesgirl sitting on her phone refusing to help me because i did not want to upgrade for services i did not need. Refused to call the manager or give the manager's name. Used the F word every 2 minutes. I think i was treated poorly because i don't speak spanish, because she tended to 2 other customers who came in after me who spoke spanish.
