The manager is rude and unprofessional. The regular employees are ok but the manager should not be in a leadership role if she can't answer simple questions without being disrespectful and becoming hostile. There is definitely a bias towards certain customers if you understand. It's not worth being talked to any kind of way there are other profesional beauty stores. Ill be going across the street they have the same items and are much nicer without the attitude. Reading previous reviews Im not the only person with this experience. If your a poc just shop across the street and save yourself the headache. #happyhair

Awful - they were more than HAPPY to sell me tons of product and say if you don't like it you can bring it back. What they failed to say is as long as it is unopened. Sure it is on the receipt, but why did I think I needed to look when they IMPLIED I could bring it back opened...how else do you know if you aren't satisfied...duhhhhh! Then the older white haired lady got attitude when I began to question why they even encourage someone to buy and bring back if not satisfied!!! Last time in that location!!!

I drove from The eastern Shore to do the curb side pickup. I was also told that i could also tell them what I need and they can go get it and bring it up. Also, if I wanted to pay with cash I could. That was pretty reasonable being that I knew exactly what I needed. So I made the hour and 45 minute drive, only to find the doors locked and not a soul in sight. I called every number that I could find no answer. I left message after message and I still sat and waited because I was hopeful. Had I not called ahead of time and just decided to take the chance and come up here, I would be angry with myself right now. But I did call the store… Someone did explain to me how the curbside pick up works. I made it absolutely clear that I was asking the questions I was asking, because I would be driving over an hour and a half and I didn’t wanna drive all that way and run into a problem. But here I am looking at a problem. That’s truly unfair, not to mention that’s really bad business. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I sat in the parking lot and waited for a half an hour to see if my phone call was returned but it wasn’t. So now I get to take The hour and 45 minute ride home. That was the biggest waste of 4hrs.
