Edit: I do not want the system back I have already completed my new build thanks to y’all. And yea your not a pawn shop but for me to have called and been told I would receive a call back and never did doesn’t look good on y’all when I came in and y’all already taking it apart and why would I want it back if y’all took the graphics card out. Do not sell ur electronics here if u plan on buying it back. They will ignore ur request. I called about 8 times during the 30 days and after the 30 day wait period. I called them and they said they would give me a call back because the boss wasn’t in. I came in today to see how much it would cost to purchase it back. They ripped the graphics card out and have repurposed it. Also they will rip you off do not sell here they offered me 300 cash or 400 credit for a 1.5k pc. They are scum.

Good experience overall as I arrived near closing time. Went there specifically for a windows 11 laptop hopefully not expensive. While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.

I came in trying to sell phones a iPhone 14 Pro and they offered me 200 when there selling for eBay 800 and said because they have to pay fees and wait 30 days for the money that not a reason to low ball someone on not even half the price of what the phone is worth

I’ve tried to get rid of various laptops I’ve had in the past to this establishment and they’ve essentially given me 50 cents for it. I probably would’ve gotten more for my laptop if I just went to checkers directly next door. Despite the fact it’s a restaurant. I just think if your a black person for a one and you a have an electronic they will low ball you the lowest they can because their judging you from the front door assuming you maybe stole it or something. So my best bet if you trying to get rid of old electronics let this be your very very last resort unless you enjoy being treated poorly

I've been very happy with their services. They seem pretty forthcoming with their policies and the work they've done for me in the past was perfect. Just dropped the same laptop off to them again to install a new battery.
