I am sad this pharmacy is closing. It took me a long time to find a great pharmacy with such a kind and knowledgeable pharmacist. I miss her already! She helped me so many times and I saw her providing the same caring assistance to others Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful as well. Best to all of you

Arrived a bit early for my booster appointment and was tersely told so by the pharmacist. Sat where I was told and was called in ten minutes after my appointment time. There were no other customers. To be clear, I did not expect to be seen earlier than my appointment. My issue was the dismissive way I was treated as a customer. I Got the shot and was dismissed. No observation time or interaction. Will keep my business with CVS where I am not made to feel invisible.

If I could give them a 0 I would. No wonder they keep closing stores. Associates in the pharmacy are rude and nasty! I will never walk on this store again!!

I have been a Rite Aid customer for years & more recently so now that they're the only pharmacy that accepts my new insurance. My normal pharmacy was out of my monthly controlled substance that HAS to be filled the day it was written, so she advised me to call around to others to see if they have it in stock. I called this Glen Burnie location and 'Rasheeqeeqee' rudely answers the pharmacy line, as soon as I tell her the name of my prescription she interrupts me in her most advanced ghetto tone 'I won't give you that information over the phone.' After already calling three other pharmacies I did not encounter this, so I tell her that and she repeats herself, adding I can just bring my script and they'll see if they have it. I ask her if she's going to comp my gas money in the event I waste my time driving across Anne Arundel county for nothing, with her reply simply being 'no.' I'm sorry- I have worked in patient care for almost 10 years and even in the pharmacy world-the customer is always right! There is absolutely no reason anyone should have an attitude such as she did! She should've apologized for the inconvenience and explained that this is protocol-to which I would've given her my information, allowing her to see I am a customer and not some weirdo off the street trying to jack them! I am in disbelief as to how she has a job in customer care in the first place!
