Every single time I go to this location is the same lady given nothing but a nasty stink attitude. She is beyond rude. I dealt with this for three times and this is the end of the road for her and I made sure I called Corporate to report her and her name is Ariel a black lady that wears glasses. She is so rude and nasty for no reason at all it’s always your own people.

None of the ATMs ever work. This is very important for after-hours transactions. The app should tell us if the ATMs are down before we drive all the way to the location.

They closed my bank account without me knowing , all my money is in my account I'm heated I think it's unprofessional, I'm going to complain to corporate about this .

RIDICULOUS that this location is no longer open on Saturdays & has not been for 3 years per bank staff. Is this a COVID holdover policy? Why is the Annapolis branch open on Saturdays from 9 to 12 & not here? Ppl have to work & can't always get to the bank M-F from 9 to 5. DO BETTER Cap One! Edit: Thank you for the prompt response! This is the CapOne I know and love!! I am a longtime business and personal CapOne account holder and excellent customer service is a hallmark of CapOne. I am changing my review to 2 stars (from 1) in the hopes that I can change it to 5 stars when Sat hours are offered.

The ATM shut down during a transaction, took the money, and did not complete the deposit. The screen was frozen and proceeded to display "Cash deposits, Bill Payments, and Check Deposits are currently unavailable" in yellow, like nothing happened. I have to open a claim now, in order to retrieve the money that was taken. Convenience now turned nightmare. Save your time and money by not using these atms.

Honestly the worst banking experience I've ever had or heard of longest wait times when actually at the building and for checks to clear this company is honestly the worst bank I've had experience with I tried them as something new but it's not worth the time I recommend secu bank they are 10 times better there staff actually wants to work and seems happy to get you situated as every time I've came into this branch they've just pushed me out the door as soon as I came in especially if your a first time banker capital one is not the choice they don't explain there procedures properly or want to explain them properly there app is terrible I have issues with it on my iPhone 14 pro max

Terrible customer service and defective ATM. I made mistake of using ATM to deposit my money. ATM malfunctioned and I was told to file claim. I filed claim and was told I would have funds credits to my account in 3-5 days. On day 5, I called the Capital one claim number and was told provisional credit will be provided in 10 days. So basically I’m out of hundreds of dollars for 10 days because Capital one has defective machines, terrible customer service and inefficient process along with poor employee training (multiple employees each told me different things).

I have been with them 3 years now and I would highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for a good bank that does not charge fees for everything.I love to convenience of being able to do all my banking from my phone.I don't think any other bank pays a higher interest on savings account. You even get interest on your checking account.

Absolute worst bank ever!!Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!!Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!

This branch I only had a couple issues with trying to get cash from ATM because it wasn’t working but other than that capitol one has been good to me.
