We've been standing in line to ring up our things for about 15 mins. When the line became extremely backed up there was no back up called. 8 registers and one cashier. They really need to do better. She finally called back up and no one ever came.

When your store hours say open at 9am, that’s what time you should open unless there is an emergency. Standing outside until you decide to open far later is unacceptable, especially when just waiting to access the Amazon locker.

So I love shopping here. However I always run into the problem of one of the associates leaving security items on the clothing. It happened last year with a gift I was buying for Christmas and it happened tonight when I purchased a dress.
Other than that I would give them 4 stars because they have some real quality items for great bargains. Make sure when you are shopping here ask about them removing security items off of clothing.

This store really needs to have a surprise visit from corporate ! It is always so junky. The "goodwill thrift store" is better kept than this "Burlington ".
