I have been renting from this location for at least 10 years. We have never had a bad experience. On 1 occasion there was an issue but it was taken care of immediately. Tedi is AMAZING at what he does. He always looks out for his customers. We just recently rented a suv & already have another reservations for June 2024. He is the best.

I will not be using Budget again. I have rented twice from them. Both times they could not provide what I had rented.

Had a great experience with Budget. Rented the car in Glen Burnie, MD and returned it to Raleigh, NC. Cost was reasonable and service was great. Thank you, Budget!

I am sharing this review on behalf of my son, who rented a car in Florida and returned it to the Glen Burnie location. My son drove to Maryland with 2 dogs. He did have the seats covered with blankets and was not informed that he needed to vacuum the car before returning it. He obviously signed something saying that he would return it clean, but was only told by the rental agent to return with a full tank. There was some dog hair in the car, not a large amount but there was some. He literally had the car 1 day and the dogs were in the car for 1 day. It did need to be vacuumed, which he would have done if given the opportunity. Instead, the Glen Burnie location charged him $450!!!! And when he asked to clean the car himself he was told it was too late, 10 minutes after they informed him of the excessive charge. I am a frequent customer of Budget, as I travel quite a bit. That ends today. These charges are extreme, and I see how Budget operates. Sadly, they are not a customer focused company if they feel that $450 to vacuum a car, even if they need to disinfect. They are looking for fees to expand their bottom line, at the expense of their customers.

Tedi, the Assistant Manager, was friendly, extremely helpful, asked questions to get me into the right car for my needs, and went above and beyond to make my rental experience wonderful!!!

I use this place for moving truck rentals. I usually book online and get a truck that way. The manager here not only helped me out but he showed me the benefits of setting up a business account. Not at anytime did he seem annoyed or worried I may have held up the line.He also showed me how the business rental was a better rate than what I booked. This is what made me want to be a loyal customer to this branch. He could have made more money if he kept my reservation as is. Instead he showed me a better way and now I will send referrals. This could actually be a great partnership being that I am a realtor and have many people I help that need access to moving vehicles.

Love this place, the owner/manager is really helpful and is very nice and great customer service and the selection of cars is nice and you can’t beat the price. I would highly recommend Budget and this location. Cars are very clean and kept well maintained.

I have rented from this location twice. Both times were an excellent experience. The first time I was returning I had just lost my 10 year old Newfoundland to bone cancer that morning. Without knowing that fact I was met with kindness. I needed that kindness in those moments. The second time, I experienced the same kindness in a stressful situation it was just needed. I love finding this in the world and cannot wait go repay this to society.

"Unreliable rental car service"Prepaid one monthbefore pickup. They called me ten minutes before pick up to tell me they don't have my vehicle. I received a email the day before stating that they had my rental ready.
