Safford Brown's Toyota provided exceptional customer service while purchasing my 2023 4 Runner 3 months ago. Thus, I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received throughout the entire process. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the process very smooth. The team at Safford Brown's checked in on me and my husband multiple times after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied and did not need any further assistance.Because of this great service, returning to this dealership for our next purchase was an obvious choice. This service department is terrible don't bring car here !!!!!! I tried to make an appointment to get my transmission serviced. No one would answer the phone in the service department when someone did answer the phone they had a complete attitude like I was inconveniencing them and they were very rude.

Mr. Steve Yang is a real professional and is a very honest individual. He was very upfront about the pricing and details of vehicle- there were no hidden costs and we skipped all the time consuming negotiations right up front. This service center was a nightmare to me few times. Few months back I came here with my car for routine service and they recommended me to change brake lining and service my AC system as it crossed certain mileage. Instantly I agreed with them to install new brake but told them will do AC service during next routine service. Unfortunately, my car brake lining was not properly done and I had almost bad accident as one of the brake lining twisted due to not properly fitted. I took back the car and they fixed it. This time I took my car again for servicing and despite high quote, I told them to service the AC. They did the servicing, I paid in full and my nightmare started. My AC stopped working since servicing. If I switch of the AC and restart after 15 minutes, it run for 2/3 minutes and again stop. I took my car back to the them. They checked it and advised, they adjusted some pressure and it should be okay now. I came back but found same issue with AC. I called up them and they asked me to prove that my AC is not working. I proved them. This time they did a diagnosis and came to me with a recommendation to change AC compressor and quoted another $2K. I just paid $650 for AC service for perfectly functioning AC just to follow their recommendations. So, I told them it was their fault and they should repair it as my AC was perfectly okay before service. They denied and also, charged me $250 for checking up. I denied to pay. One of their staff pushed me out of service center and threatened me not to return my car without payment. I told them i will return with a lawyer to take my car. But 10 minutes later their manager called me and returned my car.I had also, previously one more incident, when car front wheel spring was broken and made constant noise. They insisted me to change the tires as a remedy. After renewal of tires when sound didn't disappear, i took the car to Sears service center and they found the broken spring which was actually covered by automaker Toyota warranty. But because of wrong remedy by their technicians, I ended up unnecessary tire renewal which cost me $850. It's the place very close to my house for which I was sticking with it but will drive extra 30 minutes to go other service centre but never again to them.

Went there to purchase a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, after being on the waitlist for a couple months.We had Trent as our agent. He is very professional during the entire purchasing process. He was friendly, patient, and efficient when we were at the dealership. He definitely has made our experience with Safford Brown Toyota a very positive one. I look forward to working with this dealership for the maintenance (and hopefully not repair) services of my RAV4 Hybrid.

Spoke with 15 area Toyota dealers today after we found out our car was totaled. Bing Chen made us feel at ease on the first call. After explaining they did not have the Camry we were looking for Bing recommended we consider the Crown. Before he did we didn’t know anything about it but ended up getting it! They also have no crazy markups over MSRP like the other 14 dealers did! Highly recommend!

Last week we bought a 2023 Camry Hybrid XLE from Safford Brown, our rep was Bing Chen. Having bought many vehicles at dealerships, I have to say this was probably the best experience to date. Bing was awesome to work with, kept us well updated on the process, and is a great professional. So much so that we are in the process of replacing our other vehicle with him as well. I highly recommend Safford Brown- very straightforward, open and honest with no hidden markups, fees or high pressure sales tactics. If you want the best service call and ask for Bing! You will not be disappointed, and the wait (supply chains suck!) is well worth it.9/9/2023 UPDATE: we still love our Camry, and just picked up a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max - absolutely love this car as well. Went through Bing again, process was really smooth and we really appreciated the great communication from Bing and Hans throughout the entire process. Thank you guys for getting us the vehicle we wanted - we look forward to being lifelong Safford Brown clients!

Steve and the staff at Safford Brown Toyota in Glen Burnie are true professionals that care about their customers. Steve was great in keeping me in the loop throughout the ordering and delivery process. After multiple conversations over the phone and meeting him in person it was like we been friends for years. The transparent pricing and not trying to up sell you on every little thing was refreshing. If you are looking for a new Toyota definitely visit the Glen Burnie location and ask for Steve.

Excellent customer service! Steve Yang is very helpful and accommodating, he have shown a real meaning of customer service which other dealer doesn’t have. Me and my wife went to a different dealer first that day before Safford, we only stayed for few minutes then we walked out. Their customer service is horrible. Agent didn’t even offered us to sit down, water or coffee, when we walked to his desk, and he looked us up from head to toe, and the first question he asked is “are you worry about your payment”? Horrible!! With Steve at Safford Toyota is completely opposite! He is a customer service oriented employee! And that’s why we ended up buying this nice car!???

We just bought our new car from here today and we couldn’t be happier! Jonathan Rosas was the representative who helped us and he was awesome! This was our first time buying a new car and he made the process so easy for us. He told us everything we needed to do and explained everything to us. He even explained some of the features of our car that we were unsure of. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car new or used! We will definitely be returning for any of our future car needs.

Great experience with Steve! We had multiple poor experiences with dealerships that flat out lie to you about their prices to get you in. Steve was straightforward and honest, very compassionate, and also very meticulous. He and the rest of the team made sure the process was as smooth as possible! Especially as first time car owners.
