I patronize Patricia because the salon is kinda close to my place. I liked the way the other did my coroles the second time I went there.
I Make my payment through zelle if I don't have cash since that's what they want
I was out of cash yesterday but I had 20 on me
I tried sending money to her zelle but the app was giving me issues and i called the bank right in front of her they said i should wait for 8- 24 hours. Because I just activated my new debit card. I called my boys they said they don't have cash on them too. When I got home,I tried sending the money but typed 500 instead of 50
I called her,she said she hasn't received any money. I called the bank they said I can cancel it through my activity . I canceled the payment sent 50 and sent her the receipt
She said she hasn't received it . I told her although I haven't been debited . She called the next day,on my way from work I told her i will come over to show her the receipt of my payment
I couldn't but sent the receipt to her it showed pending
She called me all sorts of names
Just to be at peace
I tried sending some money to my son ...to see if it will go ..it went
I canceled my previous payment to her and sent the money to her
She said I never sent any money to her previously that I was lying
That I don't have money to make hair
She called me a liar and a thief
I did everything to explain but she kept talking
She's very inpatient and sick upstairs. She truly needs a therapist!
She sent me a voice note even after receiving the money.
I don't recommend her at all

I made an appointment at 9:30 am yet still wasn't seen until 11 am this is an ongoing situation that needs to be addressed and when you ask one of the ladies be very rude

I came here once like almost 11yrs ago it should have been shut down then. They love our American dollars but despise us! Your providing a service they WE are paying for without our money you would be shut down.

I wish they had a haft a star or no star for this review. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The owner Patricia is rude and all she do is talk on her phone in her language while she braid your hair. I was not happy with my hair style after a few days of getting it because it was starting to come apart. I return back to the store few days after my hair was done and ask can my hair be redone because usually a hair style was supposed to last two weeks or more. Patricia immediately went into a defensive mood telling me
I messed my own hair up when I wet it. It didn’t make any sense I ask for my money back and she said no cause when I left the shop I never mentioned anything wrong with the hair. This was one of the worst experiences I ever encountered in my life of hair salons. If YOU CANT properly do someone hair!!! You have NO right to be in a business. Then when she’s late she don’t even call to keep you informed she just pops up and expect for you to fall in line cause it’s her shop! I wonder how would she react if clients were running late or no call no show!? Well I guess that’s why you have to pay a deposit…. LISTEN people go on YouTube and learn to do your own hair these people don’t give a dam about you all they care about is their money. We don’t need them! You think you’re doing something by supporting someone business yet you get treated with no respect. I give this salon a 1 star for the horrible service.

Rude as hell, cant braid. Felt like I was being judged for being a dude who wanted to get braids, not to mention they tried to double charge me. SHUT THEM NIGGAS DOWN.

What a useless place. False advertising and poor customer service. Just close shop. When i googled them it says they're available 24 hrs on Saturdays Yes it's possible the information is wrong but take ownership and get the issue resolved. They'd rather speak to potential customers rudely then to accept responsibility. Is that how you conduct business? Stay clear of this business. They have no business providing service to anyone. Close shop attend eticate classes and try again.

NEVER GO HERE. the lady keep me til passed midnight! my appointment was at 4 and I didn't get started til like 630 and they kept me til MIDNIGHT. THEN she messed my hair up! did it completely wrong I am so upset. I can't believe I actually paid and they charged me MORE to do this style wrong! they could've actually just gave me knotless cuz I know they can do that decent. she argued with me the whole time and attacked my hair like she was mad at it cuz SHE was doing it wrong. nothing good to say worse experience ever. how do you work at a place called BRAIDING CENTER and you tell me you don't know how to do the first cornrows I showed you so why do them at all? get me someone who can? like ????????? what the hell. SO UPSET.

I did not go there for services. I called because they came highly recommended. Anyhow, when the customer representative answered my call. I had questions. I was informed they do offer services to muslim women who wear hijab that need their privacy while having their natural hair braided without the company of men.

Horrible. Patricia is so rude and unprofessional. I came in to get my hair braided after getting a quote over the phone. I showed Patricia how I wanted my hair to which she said she understood. Patricia did not give me the style I asked for and she charged me an extra $65. When I mentioned this to her she started yelling and being irate. Never will I patronize this establishment again.
