The guys were able to help me get it sorted even though it meant losing a long time customer because I was switching over to my family's Verizon plan. Miguel the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review about Miguel because he was so amazing. I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending my friends this location.

Buying a SIM card for expanded coverage wanted to swap the phone myself to save money. So basically the customer service rep tries to rip me off by charging me the same price it is to activate my phone and get SIM card. I was just there a few days ago. Then pretends to call bosses and CONFIRM yes overcharge this customer. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN I rarely give bad reviews but this is shameful.

I can't say enough great things about Pedro. He helped me move 3 lines from 2 different carriers, and he made the transition seamless. I'd recommend this store to everyone!
