I scheduled an appointment back in November/December to have a recall done for my Santa Fe to have the part installed so my car couldn't easily be stolen. The 1st available appointment was in 6 months June 22nd with Bob Bell Hyundai, no other locations had any appointments. The morning of the 22nd I received a call from the service department to reschedule for the next Saturday due to the recent hacking of the system the car dealerships use. I received a 2nd call the Friday before advising me their systems were still down & they rescheduled me for today July 13th. Their communication with me was superb!! Their systems were back up and I arrived at 8:45am for my appointment and 2 of their service guys were there ready to great me. I had a total of 4 recalls to have done. They told me it would be about 2 hours. They showed me to the lobby which was very clean and had a TV to watch, plugs for anything you may need to plug in & offered snacks & water. The restrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. I was surprised when they where done with my car in less than the 2 hours. I have a bad sensor on one of my tires and the service tech told me approximately how much it would cost to fix and I declined. However they did double check to make sure it was definitely a senor and not something wrong with one of my tires as a courtesy. They didn't try to push me to purchase anything, which I truly appreciate. I have used them before for an issue I had that was covered under my warranty and that went smoothly as well. I've been to the Hyundai dealership in Catonsville and they charged me for things covered under the warranty and I'll never go back to that dealership again. I will always go to Bob Bell!! Thanks Bob Bell for your great service & fantastic employees!!!

The lady come up to me about needed to replace my filter she didn't try to talk to me private she was loud in the where people can hear. When my car was ready while I was walking toward my car I wasn't sure it was my car I saw empty box trash on top my trunk. Very unprofessional, rude

I have nothing but positive things to say about this Bob Bell location. We've purchased our last 2 vehicles here. I recently inherited some vehicles I wanted to sell. Dermot O'Connor did an excellent job. He was kind and friendly.

About a month and half ago, I have service, after work and I discovered a small ripped of tinted windshield. I got it repaired and then I took the bill to Bob Bell to get reimbursed as they suggested. They said that they would send me a check which I never received since. I will not recommend no more service for Bob Bell, I am going elsewhere. Sincerely

Serviced the turbo in my vehicle. They botched to job failing to replace a seal. 300 miles later the turbo failed 250 miles from home. Took it to a ford dealer there and showed them the work order. They were surprised that the seal wasn't replaced. The service advisor at bob bell refused any responsibility for the failed turbo over the phone. Additionally he told me it would be 3-4 weeks before they could look at the vehicle. I took the paperwork from the other ford dealer to the service desk at bob bell asking to see the service manager. The same advisor would not get the manager. He took copies of the paperwork saying he would review it with the manager. After waiting 3 days for a call from them I called. Same jerk answered the phone and said it wasn't their fault. Sleaze ball company. Stay fare away!

We purchase a vehicle on 5/22 we had issues with the air pressure two weeks after we purchased the vehicle. They couldn't find out why we had this issued if we just purchase the vehicle. We keep coming every week and they didn't know what to do. They referred us to Subaru Wilkins and they were not honest that the tires need it to be change as they were too old and Bob Bell rotate them so we couldn't see how bad they were. Do not buy a vehicle or use their service department at this place. They do not know what they are doing.

Adding insult to injury - just visited the parts department of Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie and stood "in line" behind the gentleman before me. After waiting in line for a few minutes, another gentleman arrives after me and sits down. The store did only NOT acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting but assured the gentleman who arrived after me. Bob Bell Ford continues to disappoint and not show any leadership nor customer service. It's appalling to have to spend your money in a place who treats their customers like trash - I leftStay away from this place if you're looking for quality of work and/or customer service. After picking our truck up with new "broken areas" after servicing here and now this - never again! Would leave at zero if I could.

I scheduled to have my truck repaired under warranty and it took 2.5 months to get the truck into the shop. They were not very friendly in the service department or helpful. I had to ask to get a rental car and there was no real communication between the 2 even though they are ford just set as 2 different divisions for billing. I understand that but communication is key. My truck was in there for 1.5 months for repairs. I get parts are back ordered but I received no updates until I called to check on things. I left a message with the service manager and even that took over a day for a return call. I finally received an update from them reaching out that my truck would be done in a couple days. I went to drop the rental off at Sterling rental which is in Fords parking lot and received my truck. I had to call back in after a week to find out they forgot to remove the charges to my card for the rental. When i dropped the rental off i asked right there when the charges will come off and he proceeded to tell me that day. Also I could not get a vehicle even close to a truck for rental. I would definitely look elsewhere for service work on your vehicles.

Interesting how many people had a problem with Kirk Smalls and he is still employed. I have never been more disrespected in my life. I will never go back and everyone I know will not either. Looks like the owner of this dealership has learned nothing. Never have I witnessed such ignorance. Go to Apple Ford in Columbia. I called sales person Van before anyone and set a same day appointment. He was nothing but nice and courteous. My goal was to determine what vehicle I would like to upgrade my current F150 to. I drove the Maverick and the Lightning. I decided I could not go smaller. I was either going to get in Q to order the Lightning or drive away with a new F150. As I told Van I did not want to buy from anyone else but him, I still needed to learn my trade in value to make an informed decision. He got Kirk Smalls to come out of the office. Here I thought I would receive a welcomed conversation as I wanted to buy a truck. Van was still helping me find the right solution. Manager Kirk Smalls first accused me of going to 4 other dealers and not buying a vehicle. All I had told Van was that I reviewed my car value online but needed a true value from Bob Bell. Kirk smalls dismissed me by saying that 'we are not an appraisal house!' 'Why haven't you purchased a vehicle after going to 4 other dealers' I told him I called them first and wanted to buy from Van. Kirk repeated several times that if I don't have a vehicle already picked out, he can't talk to me about the value of my truck. I spent 2 hours there and test drove 2 vehicles hoping to drive away with something new and this guy dismissed me. I am a middle aged white male. I was wearing a sweatshirt and sweat pants from painting my house all day. I can't help but think that was part of his dismissal of me. I love Ford Motor company and I know they would never want their customers to be treated this way. I made sure I reported this dealership and individual at the highest level to the corporate office. I will be ordering a Lightning from Apple Ford as soon as possible. Sorry Van. You are a good man but I could not possibly consider this dealership. You never know who you are talking to Kirk. I know a lot of Ford owners who will never go to Bob Bell. Maybe this was why the showroom was empty on a Saturday afternoon. and now seeing the other reviews, clearly they are not interested in making it right. Never have I witnessed such ignorance. Go to Apple Ford in Columbia.
