Trashy and disorganized venue too incompetent to provide decent service. Don't waste your time or money, because they certainly will.

Went to a sponsored Crab Feast. This place was nice but parking is horrible and the AC was not working. They had ceiling fans but when asked no one turned them on. I won't be back.

We used Bleue's On The Water May 7th for my daughter's wedding. It turned out to be the absolute perfect location for our event. The food was delicious and plentiful. The cake was tasty. The atmosphere was joyous, festive, and a great time was had by all. I had hired a florist to add a few more bells and whistles but she didn't work out, but as it turned out, the venue was beautiful even without. We are even considering using them again later this year for a second event because the first one was so spectacular!!!

If I could I would post a Zero for this. This was absolute the worst brunch of all. They had no food that they advertised. Staff was not interested. The food that they had was cheap and just horrible. The Easter egg hunt was to start at 3:00 however their were several groups that hunted the eggs way before 3:00 so their was no Easter egg hunt. Very poor will never go here again

We had the Easter Brunch. It was widely advertised on line listing a variety of food, at the top of the list were mini crab cakes amd cream of crab soup. Easter was also my daughter's birthday and her favorite is cream of crab soup. This sealed the deal for my family so we made the reservation and prepaid the $54 per person for the brunch. When we arrive there were NO crab cakes or cream of crab soup. Then after we finished our meal and went to the dessert table there was No ice cream left. I have to say the Belgian waffle was very good as well as the omelet that I ate but everyone was extremely disappointed there were no crab cakes, cream of crab soup or ice cream. I'm waiting for a tefund

Terrible Eater brunch. They advertised that they were having cream of crab soup and crab cakes, but we got there today and they had nothing made with crab and said it was too expensive. We paid $45/per person for some Belgian waffles and fried chicken. They also ran out of ice cream, with two more hours left in the event. The location was beautiful, but we definitely won't be back. This was an expensive flim-flam.

Celebrate a work event and this place was beautiful. There was a fountain outside and it went well with the view. The decor inside reminded me of a wedding venue. There was fruit served and I am always grateful when the fruit is sweet and tasty. The pineapples were juicy and sweet. It was a great atmosphere. I enjoyed myself

I am not one to make reviews, but if anyone is having a wedding here, rethink your decision. I had my wedding here last year. The venue is beautiful!! I can’t deny that. But the business side was a horror movie. The day of my wedding the Venue loss electricity for some reason. They NEVER communicated well, they never answered emails or calls. It was such a headache dealing with them. All the staff was quitting so I kept dealing with new people lol. The person who I created the contract with was Lauren. Everything I told her I needed she told me I can do, the very last week from my wedding I found out she was trying to make a sell. I didn’t like the food at all. They didn’t allow us to do food tasting. They stated they stopped doing it when covid happened. I regret it because the food was horrible! I can say Melissa stepped in and changed my mood. She tried her best to make the best out of my situation. I can go on and on but whew this was a headache and a half. Everything was so ghetto.

Food was horrible and cold , staff unprofessional, salad was thrown on the plate and wilted . Wasn’t even a salad .. just a chunk of lettuce.. bathroom area needs to be repaired ..the flooring and wall area.. no lights in the parking lot which is a hazard to anyone health at night !!! Did not sweep the area where the wedding took place … need to repaint the stairs leading down to the ceremony area ! No lighting in the ceremony area when the nuptials take place at sunset !!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!! Hot mess !!

Had my wedding here. My day of coordinator, Ron, was wonderful! I was concerned how everything would turn out because my experience with the sales/office staff was not the best, but Ron eased my worries, was attentive, kind, and his wait staff was wonderful. My original wedding was supposed to be spring of 2020, when the pandemic hit we where informed we could move our wedding 3 months out, so we moved it to the summer. When covid didn't go away we asked to push our wedding to the following year, we recieved a lot of push back but we were eventually allowed to move our wedding to the following year. They said we were not allowed to have a tasting because of covid and that they would have less chairs at the tables for reception.By the time we had our wedding the facility said they were fully open so we had to pay for extra tables as we didn't want 10 people to a table, and we still could not have a tasting. The dinner entree was ok, I did hear some guests say the appetizers were good. Our cake looked beautiful but did not taste very good. The sales person who was helping me with everything had stopped coming in to the office due to medical issues and communication with the rest of the office was lacking. When it was time for me to come in for the final appointment it looked like no one had a clue I was coming, and the person who ended up helping looked like it was a bother for her. There was just such a lack of communication throughout the whole process, even before the pandemic. Sometimes when I would ask questions I would get a vague response and I had to push more for the answer. When we were originally thinking about this place and looked at the packages I saw a wedding cake came with the package. I had said I was thinking of getting my cake from somewhere else and asked if the cake in the package could be subistued for something else. I was told that they could probably do chocolate strawberries and have them individually wrapped as favors and I said perfect. After thinking about it I decided to signed the contract with BOTW. A few weeks later I made an appointment with the bakery I wanted, did a tasting, planned the design, and I went back to BOTW to let them know, and to follow up about substiuting the cake in their package. I was then told that it couldn't be done and if I get my cake from somewhere else they would still service it. I felt mislead. I understand if you do not want to allow substitutions but when I asked (before I signed the contract) why not just say that? Or if you needed to find out for sure if it was allowed, why not just say "I have to get back to you on that"?The communication issues did concern me as I thought it would be a reflection on how the day would turn out. But thankfully everything went soothly. Overall I think my wedding turned out beautifully.

PRO: I was the Matron of Honor in a beautiful wedding that took please this past weekend. The ceremony was amazing, and bride was simply stunning. The reception area was impeccably decorated. The wedding event coordinator and decorator Mrs. Drea was the absolute the best. She was very attentive to the bridal party and guest making sure that everything went as planned. The photographer Premier Vision Photography were very professional gentlemen. The music (DJ Eli-The Enforcer) kept the people on the dance floor the entire evening. The marrying couple was truly blessed to have such a wonderful team of professionals on their team.CON: THE FACILITY There was no air conditioning in the Bride and Groomsmen suites. The catering provided by the facility was not tasty at all. The food was dry seemed to be reheated leftovers or something. The location has great potential but needs some serious repairs. The steps going to the ceremony pavilion was unsteady and the railing was very loose. The pavers trail through the grassy area sinking into the ground. There was a moldy wet smell in the reception area that had to be covered with air spray. Apparently, there was a flood some weeks earlier.

The outdoor/waterfront area is picturesque but something I was concerned about is the distance between the waterfront housing and the outdoor wedding ceremony area. I heard ppl yelling and screaming. I wouldn’t want to hear that if I was holding an event. Also, the place could’ve used some detailing and cleaning. If you want someone to have an event here, I’d think you’d fix things and tidy up. The big turn off was the kitchen area. Dirty and unkept. Wouldn’t want to eat food out of there.
