I had a great experience at the Glen Burnie Md store.I had an issue with my purchases Carlos and Larry was patient and understanding, they are truly the best.Their customer service was excellent. They volunteered to helped me to correct a situation that didn’t even happen at their store! They changed my negative mindset about Big-lots! If you need everyday household items and furniture visit Big lots Ritchie Hway store and tell them Sheria sent you!

The employee got off work, was buying things but heard the line up by going back to the aisles picking things up. I left and didn't buy a thing. Tried to call big lots no answer.
