If I could give NO STARS I would, I ordered furniture Saturday 5/18/24 and paid a fee for delivery, not knowing 3 days later their third party will keep rescheduling my delivery due to no one being able to get assigned to the job! What kind of customer service is that? They will surely take your money but service at this point is zero stars and I’m very upset. Called the Store whoever answered the phone said her and the assist manager had no clue who delivered. I had to call customer service for big lots found on google, to get help in regards to Dolly being their third party THERE EVEN WORST! Go to an actual furniture place to not have this HORRIBLE Experience!

Yikes was this Big Lots a bit terrifying to maneuver through. I should have known when I pulled up that this was a store that was somewhat of a takeover of a location from a former department store of yore. I also should have known better when I went to go in the one entrance and it was closed off and I had to walk to the other side to enter the store. I came in here to have a look at furniture. I'm in need of a new couch and I knew I could at least come here and not be hassled while I checked out displays to see that might be available. Doesn't necessarily mean I am going to get something on the spot, but at least I can see what styles are out there and go from there. I did actually see something that caught my eye and I kind of wanted to get, but the store was lacking associates to help me as they were both running the registers. When I noticed that was the case, I just made a mental note to check it out online and see if I could find it elsewhere or set myself up with a time to go to another location to look at it and be able to ask questions. Even though I struck out with the furniture section I ended up doing a once around the store to see what they had to offer. Big Lots always give me some anxiety when I visit one, because no two stores are exactly alike. It's kind of a scavenger hunt or treasure hunt. When I did make it to the registers the two ladies working were as quick as they could be and very pleasant to deal with. They greeted everyone and chatted with each customer. Even me, who hates to talk to random people.

Came here to look for an entertainment center. The man who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. We got a great price for a nice piece of furniture. Nice selection. Highly recommend this Big Lots.

I always like to shop in Big Lots! They offer a variety of merchandise at affordable prices and the furniture department is great!

The selection and value of the items are pretty good. Unfortunately, the customer service match it. I came here with my younger sisters to pick up some items for my sister's first apartment. However, when checking out, the cashier was texting on her phone while I was paying. This is unprofessional and although the selection of the items are pretty good, the service will make me not want to shop here moving forward.

I always find reasonably priced deals, especially on seasonal items. Sales really help too. 4 stars because the condition of the building at this location is less than ideal.
