Glen Burnie location Ritchie Hwy. Very congested during the Holidays + on a Saturday/Weekend day and store associates/staff had the lines moving right along. Some good prices and reasonable wait times. Was in & out to pick up an online order then had to go back to shop was not bad @ all even crowded with everyone doing some of their Xmas shopping there. Even long Returns line was moving. Store Associates very helpful, cordial, & professional while being so Busy. Store clean & found everything I needed. Thx.✌️

I used to like this location quite a bit but never again and I do not recommend shopping here at this location. The last several orders I've had over the last 2 months have constantly gone through and then 3 hours later I'm told they don't have the item in stock and I either have to cancel the entire order because I do not want it shipped OR change it to another location entirely. I can understand this happening sometimes but this is a constant thing here. My most recent order was a game and xbox. Paid for both, got order confirmation and waited for them to be ready for pickup. YET AGAIN part of my order is not in stock at this location so I say screw it and transfer both items to be picked up at a different location because I don't feel like wasting gas and time driving to two separate locations and all of a sudden my payment method is no longer valid despite my purchase going through and being told half my order was originally ready for pickuo. Do not shop here. I constantly have to contact support phone, also useless, to fix my purchases so that my reward points and total protection plan is properly applied because nobody in this store ever does it right. And the ONLY person who is actually capable of fixing the constant issues is the store manager. The associates genuinely have no idea what they are doing nor do they care and the only time issues get fixed are if the manager is there. As much as I appreciate his business and kindness, his employees are awful. Please go to a different location and save yourself the headache!

This place sucks so bad..I was told the prices was going to be the same for the next 20days. I waited to get my credit card from best buy.To find out tye day that I come to buy my products. That the prices are all higher now. Why say 20 day deals? if you don't stand by them. What a joke of a company. They lost my money.I was looking to buy a screen and laptop. Not from here. Thanks for making up my mind.

Has all of the latest in electronics, games and miscellaneous items. Helped me find a great deal of items. Prices are pretty fair considering everything is brand new. Not sure if they sell refurbished items. Phones, game systems, computers, laptops, and more including gift cards. Definitely recommend especially for Christmas time.

I had the worst customer service at this store. I went in and they ordered a upright freezer for me with one week delivery timeframe. After I left the store, they canceled my order but didn’t send me an email/text message to inform me about the cancellation. Oh, and they didn’t return my money back either. One week later, the week of thanksgiving, I’m waiting for my delivery, I just thought to call them just to verify the delivery timeframe. Now they tell me, it was cancelled, what about my money? they’ll return it but it’ll take additional 7 business days. No manager is available to explain what happened. Customer service could not explain., No One is in Charge there…

I wish, I could give less than 1 star to all best buy company. I am an existing customer of Best Buy for almost more than 8 years, and I purchased different IT equipment's, games, computers, phones. If I knew that this company is such worse will never bought any things in my entire life. First of all, this company pushing us for buying 2 years/three, four years, five years etc protection plan. When I bought the protection plan for my phones. They said that they will charge the service fees which is almost half of the phone price now. Second, they do have 10000 excuses for customers issues. I beg each individual customers that be careful before making your decisions to buy something over there. I might stand in front of each Best Buy store to explain my stories to every customers. This company is obnoxious.

It's your typical Best Buy. The sales staff is energetic and willing to help. Bobby Pierce quickly put together an appliance package for us, explained the ordering process and compared pros and cons of using the rewards option. He handed us a very large folder with all of the information we'd need to make an informed decision.

This store does not answer their phone. All calls roll into a quagmire of foreign "helpers" to check stock. No way to get communication to the store itself unless there is no one trying to call. Talked to management a few times and they defer to.... its a best buy problem they cant solve.Geek squad at this particular store has proven their skill time and time again with both modern and older technology. They are fast and efficient. Friendly and accommodating.If you need something tech fixed, they can usually figure it out or help you find the right resource.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the TV section, after advising them up front that we needed help. No one ever came so as we left we said something and we where told they're short staffed. I understand short staff, but come on, 30+ minutes!

This Best Buy has the worst customer service. I waited while multiple store representatives passed by and none offered to assist me in what I was looking for. As consumers who pay a lot of money for your products this is very distasteful in your part. The store was not busy and I see other reviews that faced the same issue.

Tried an ‘open box’ TV for the first time from a different location only to get home and find the screen smashed. Took it back the next day, as they were closed by the time I discovered, to this location as it were more convenient. D’Angelo’s customer service made an annoying experience humorous and helpful. Recently needed to upgrade my phone. I had went to my carrier store across the street and they did not want to help me.I went to Best Buy and had terrific service. Fast and friendly, took maybe ten minutes from someone saying "hi, how can I help you" to "you're all set."I recommend going to Best Buy if you need to upgrade your phone or any cellular service you may need.

In general, I like Best Buy, but I was not a fan of this store. I waited over 20 minutes just to check out with 1 item. Granted, the cashiers were helping others with the purchase of big ticket items, but one would think that the manager standing behind the counter would open the empty register to help the rest of us that were waiting.
