worst store manager ever!!!! I had a big problem with two of my candles, and I’ve been a customer for the last 20 years.! contacted customer service they said I can exchange them at the nearest BBW, store manager at Marley Station Mall refused to exchange my candles for newer, candles, as my wicks did not burn at all. I literally buy candles like twice a month online.( I also worked at the company for 12 years as a manager)Called customer service again, they resolved the issues and they sent me 2 new candles by mail. Btw, the staff was very nice and welcoming, but not the store manager.(Thank you customer service online for a quick issue resolved)!

Went there for pickup and it took more than 20 minutes to get my stuff. We do you have only one person as a cashier and the other person doing pick order's instead of getting the line down. This location needs to hire more help.

I had coupons for here and I had the coupon for a free full size body care item. So I picked something out and it was $2.00 over the max price on the coupon. I asked the manager if I could just pay the difference and before I could even finish asking my question she just no, go pick out a lotion or body wash. I explained I can't use the body wash I break out and I just bought a lotion. She didn't say anything back to me. I thought that was very poor customer service. I've never been treated like in any bath and body works store.
