I saw mixed reviews for this location but Cassandra was exceptional and patient with opening a new account. We couldn’t ask for better service than what we received today.

The people here are rude and the customer service is so bad. I had to go in there 5 times, just to remove a name because different employees were telling me different things, don’t know who to believe. Don’t come here, there’s better branches to go to.

I had no bad experience coming to this branch since i opened a new account. I see others bad reviews but mines was great. Fast and i was in and out. Thanks to Cassandra who helped me. I was greeted soon as i walked in!

? Hey! Heads up! If you're considering banking with the bank in Anne Arundel area, think twice. They're the worst! Cassandra completely lacks professionalism. She almost kicked my wife out of the bank. We were already upset because they changed my account to $12.99 per month to give us customer service, but it's a complete waste! We've been with Bank of America for over 10 years I’ll take my business somewhere else . Good luck to that bank with this type of "customer service." NastyCassandra couldn’t complete a simple transaction.

Completely worthless for a bank they cannot service you for anything. I will be finding a new bank that has branches that are open so I can interact with people and accomplish the things I need to get done before I have to go to work.

I doubt this will even matter at all, as I look at the reviews and see that my issue is the same as many others and probably with the same teller. The long wait isn't an issue for me. I understand and I'm patient. Many of the tellers have been polite and talkative (April, Jeane). But Donna, specifically, seems to go out of her way to be rude. She has called me up next to help and then she looks through me and proceeds to do another task as she called me up. I understand with money you may take your time because you want to make sure it's correct. I get that. I'm just not understanding how you can work in customer service and have such a trash attitude. I don't typically give bad reviews, but in this case, I've had such bad service with this one teller for years, now. She's a reflection of the company and it's not a good look.

Take forever just to wait on one person and they are constantly down your throat about adding accounts, credit cards, etc. .. HORRIBLE
