Bank of America has declared my MIL dead twice in one year, regardless of the fact she is alive and well. No death certificate was given to them either time for her but they stopped her SSI deposit AND this time did NOT return the money to SSA, which is both Bank fraud and wire fraud because they are making interest off of the money that they neither deposited or returned. We are switching all of our accounts to another bank as to avoid BoA from marking anyone dead in our household when they are alive and kicking. Don't trust BoA. If it's happened to us, it's definitely happened to other people.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Most all Bank of America locations are horrible but this location is one of the worst. Could not answer any of my questions regarding an auto loan. They told me I had to contact customer service when they had a full staff working that day in their bank. Without failure the customer service phone wait time was 35 minutes. Very glad that loan is paid now and I do not have to deal with Bank of America at all!

One of the best BOA I've ever visited. They have great and fast customer service very rare for a bank. All my issues and banking needs have always been meet to the highest standard at this location. Mr. Shilu the banker is very helpful knowledgeable and always a step ahead witch I truly appreciate. Definitely my go to bank thanks to the great service.

Twelve people in line with only one teller working. Corporate policy is to refer to me, the customer, as a guest. Do you treat your GUESTS like this? This bank is consistently understaffed.
