Auto Zone came to the rescue two weeks in a row. My check engine light came on last week. They hooked up to diagnostics and gave me a print out with the codes. I had it repaired and it did it again. Back to AZ for more diagnostic. Same thing. Got it repaired again. Hopefully that's the end of it. Thanks Auto Zone

The counter staff and shift Supervisor were having personal conversations among themselves while one employee was attempting to wait on me. They were speaking very loud and carrying on to the point that
I could not be heard by the other employee. What a difficult situation it created. The commotion was so loud, one would of thought I was attending a backyard party.
Regretfully, this type of conduct has become the normal in a business setting.
Thanks to the Commercial Account Customer Service Person that assisted me that day.
All the other employees that were present, including the Shift Supervisor, need to receive additional training on how to conduct themselves while on the job, and in the presence of customers. Customers who purchase items, which indirectly pay these same people's salaries.

Come in to buy and battery and spend 20 minutes waiting time while the employees argue about schedules and use very foul language directly in front of customers. Worst experience I have had at this store to date.

Mr. Dennis as an AutoZone employee was very unprofessional. As a woman he was very dismissive like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had a battery issue in February 2024 and he tested the battery and said it was good. He suggested I take my truck to JBA for a diagnostic test. I did and the results were I had a bad cell in the battery. I went to the AutoZone on Crain Highway today April 22, 2024 and showed Mr. Dennis C my invoice from JBA with the recommendation to replace the battery because of a bad cell. Mr. Dennis again wanted to test the battery and said again it was good. And he left my truck and went back inside the store at this point he was frustrated. I went back inside the store a taller gentleman with a ponytail then assisted me. He saw my invoice and replaced my battery. Mr. Dennis needs to training on how to help female customers. At the end of the day there are other places me as the customer can go.

Best customer service ever !! I only needed some coolant, but I learned some viable info about my coolant reservoir, hoses, etc. on my car. The young lady Madison is very, very knowledgeable and helpful. And the older gentlemen that was there with her, I forgot his name. I really appreciated their expertise and love of their job with helping others. It's a shame I know the under hood of a tractor better than my own car ..... smh !!!!
