Auto Body Plus was recommended to us by our mechanic. Took the car in on Wednesday for a quote on some minor cosmetic work. The estimate was significantly lower that other places we tried, one of which was $1800 higher! We hired them to do the repairs, and they promised the car would be done on Friday. Surprise! It was done Thursday afternoon, and it looks great. The paint matches perfectly, so there is no sign of any work being done. And the inside of the car was like brand new, an added touch we didn't expect. We won't have to search if another mishap occurs. We'll go to Auto Body Plus.

They went above and beyond fixing my car after an accident. Very communicative and just overall good people. You can’t trust everyone with your car but you can definitely trust AutoBodyPlus I will use them for all my car stuff going forward

So I was rear-ended in Chicago April of 2022. I travel for a living so I had a hard time being in town when the park came in for my vehicle. Also, I had a hard time with the insurance company for a rental so it is taking me until just to pass months to get my truck into the shop for repairs. When I got there I pointed out to Kevin that they wrote on the estimate that the clips had came out of the front end and they need it to be replacing take into consideration. He's already been paid for the job. He's already cashed the check. He didn't even remember me until I refreshed his memory and he acted as if I was completely insane to think that the front clips were going to come out of my car by being rear-ended. We had a little scuffle. I apologize we moved on and he fixed the car 2 days later. I am driving down the road pull into a parking place. Put my car in reverse to back up and a huge light illuminated on my screen and said that I couldn't move because there was something there. But when I go back to look boost of the parking sensors are just dangling and I mean dangling they're just hanging there. So I called him and ask him if I could bring the truck by and he said yeah I get there and he says that the parking sensors come pre-installed on the bumper so it is no fault of his. But he's going to fix it. So tell me how can I get rear-ended 30 mph and those parking sensors didn't move. So how could I have hit a bump or something tapped me to knock them out. He insisted that I had been hit. To be honest, I'm having electrical problems with it and it hasn't moved my driveway since I picked it up. In addition, I've had nothing but problems since I picked it up. So to the end yesterday I called and asked him for an email address to send him some pictures because every time I talk to him it turns into an argument. I'm done with all the drama. I just want to send you the pictures. I'm going to fix it my self. I don't need you to do anything. I just wanted to make you aware because you assume responsibility for absolutely nothing. And I quote don't fix it. Bring it by. I'll fix it. I said I'm not complaining. I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I'm simply trying to show you what kind of work was done after they put the sensors in. They did a great job putting the sensors in unfortunately they didn't reattach the bumper. The clips were hanging out when I came out the next day. I seen a gap in the bumper and to this very minute 10:07 Thursday morning February 16th it still isn't fixed as he stood in the parking lot screaming at me that I just don't know what I'm talking about. He's been in this business his whole life. Well again. How could I get rear-ended 30 mph and nothing affected the parking sensors then yet they just fell out of the bumper he purchased for my car. Something's not right so I believe in telling the truth and you will realize that I'm right in saying he assumes responsibility for nothing. So when I told him the the clips weren't reattached to my bumper and there's an inch gap on one side and the other side. I reached my hand in there and just felt the clips. They're not even in the holes. He proceeded to tell me well ma'am and again I quote the man who brought it in here was anebriated I immediately looked at him and said this is exactly why I wanted to send you pictures and I wanted to put my bumper back on myself because I didn't want to deal with your nasty attitude ever again. Every time I go there he degrades me so I've read the other reviews online and I'm really happy that everyone else is happy. But this is the true. Kevin, my husband got upset with me for my arguing with him and I told my husband you don't understand how confrontational he is for him to have the audacity to tell me that my husband was drunk when he brought the car in there was totally uncalled for even if he had been and then he screamed at me as I am cussing him out p

Great service, excellent workmanship. Have known Kevin for over 50 years and I have had him work on over 2 dozen of my vehicles and never had to return them for any redos or corrections.

Kevin and his team do an awesome job. Had my sons Mustang there when a deer jumped in front of him and they fixed it up and it looked great. The paint match was excellent.
