βAfter getting some work done at a dealership, I noticed my car still had some noise to it, and was recommended visiting this local shop by the service rep. Was seen pretty quickly for a Wednesday morning walk-in. What I was fearing to be an expensive sounding fix turned out to be a quick and reasonably priced pipe replacement job, and my car sounds good as new! 10/10 experience, would visit againβ
βMaking an appointment online was quick and easy. Went to Mr. tire 731 and was greeted promptly when we walked through the door. Took my car In to check my brakes . My brakes were fine, but they gave me suggestions as to what should be done as routine maintenance. Very professional and courteous. I will be bringing my car back there.β

βThey went above and beyond any expectations. Greg was more responsive and helpful than any other shop I've used, and there have been many. One issue I was looking for a quote on some maintenance work he explained something to me that no other shop I spoke to has ever explained and it most probably saved many other issues down the road. Then I had an emergency towing and had it taken in and they had it diagnosed, repaired and dealt with my warranty company in 2 days. Thank you Greg and MJ for the superior service. I am very grateful for your knowledge and understanding of my situation.β

βThis place did a awesome job with my car and fixing the transmission, from the customer service and communication to how long it took to do everything and since I had my car back I have not had the issue I was having with my car not going from a stop and also shaking and juddering. βOutstanding shop, Mid-Atlantic 4x4 and Speed solved my "death wobble" problem on our 2013 Wrangler Unlimited which two previous shops had been unable to properly diagnose. The work was performed promptly and with high quality parts - better than the OEM lift kit and suspension components.
The team kept us informed throughout the work performed and went above and beyond in offering rust mitigation and painting of the undercarriage. Our Jeep looks better than new.
We travelled from Delaware, and will do so again when we need Jeep specific work done. Thanks for a job well done!β

βI went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. My car was taken into the repair area almost right away and I was out of there in about an hour. I can't tell that there was ever a dent on my car now. They're very good at what they do!β

βEasily the best auto shop I've ever been to! Katie was very thorough, communicative, and friendly. She troubleshot and fixed a few different issues on a used Subaru that I had recently purchased, from a malfunctioning infotainment system to an a/c condenser that needed replacing, all while coordinating with my warranty company to get the covered repairs documented and approved. Wells is definitely my go-to shop now.β
βGreat shop - they have earned my trust. I have been twice for repairs that ended up being very small. The second repair didnβt even require a part. They took a look, fixed the problem, and had my car ready same day. βWe recently brought our car to Baltimore Diesel and Equipment Service Inc. for a second opinion after Koons of Annapolis diagnosed it with a transfer issue, estimating the repairs at $4,000. Visiting during Christmas week, we expected delays, but were pleasantly surprised. The owner, Mark, called us the next day to report that, after running tests, he found no transmission issues. Instead, another problem needed fixing, which he promptly addressed. In the following call, Mark informed us that the car was ready, and the repair cost was only a quarter of what Koons Annapolis had quoted. We recently drove the car to Ohio for New Yearβs, and it performed flawlessly. Weβre thrilled with the results and highly recommend this place. Weβd happily drive from Annapolis again for any car issues. Thank you, Mark and your team, for your professional and honest work!β
βThis is the place you need to go if you have an RV and need an inspection. They were super accommodating and professional. I made an appointment to get my 2012, 31 ft Class C safety inspected and it was just a couple of days out not weeks out like other places! I showed up at 8 am and was done with the inspection by 9:30 am. It initially failed for a bulb and tint. You know how Maryland is about tint! They removed the tint and replaced the bulb and passed! Since I was there, I took advantage of their title and registration services. I was out of there by 10:30. Great little waiting area with a coffee machine and great cell coverage there. Great experience overall.β
