βMaking an appointment online was quick and easy. Went to Mr. tire 731 and was greeted promptly when we walked through the door. Took my car In to check my brakes . My brakes were fine, but they gave me suggestions as to what should be done as routine maintenance. Very professional and courteous. I will be bringing my car back there.β
βI previously gave this shop a poor review. But I was dead wrong and with the sincerest apologies, need to take it back. Sorry Tony. What I previously presumed, was me being overcharged was really just miscommunication. Sure, I got charged and extra $30, but upon further investigation, discovered, I got way more material and labor than we originally bargained for in the quote. Different day, different technician, different end result. 30 bucks, so what! You should hear what the previous guy was asking, to repair my exhaust system. βThey went above and beyond any expectations. Greg was more responsive and helpful than any other shop I've used, and there have been many. One issue I was looking for a quote on some maintenance work he explained something to me that no other shop I spoke to has ever explained and it most probably saved many other issues down the road. Then I had an emergency towing and had it taken in and they had it diagnosed, repaired and dealt with my warranty company in 2 days. Thank you Greg and MJ for the superior service. I am very grateful for your knowledge and understanding of my situation.β

βThis place did a awesome job with my car and fixing the transmission, from the customer service and communication to how long it took to do everything and since I had my car back I have not had the issue I was having with my car not going from a stop and also shaking and juddering. I could not be more thankful that I found this place and I would definitely use them again and refer people to them.β
βI went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. My car was taken into the repair area almost right away and I was out of there in about an hour. I can't tell that there was ever a dent on my car now. They're very good at what they do!β
βI got my tires changed and my oil changed here and when I tell you they went above and beyond for me, they went above and beyond for me! They had exceptional knowledge about cars and gave me detailed responses with every question I asked. I feel like I have way more clarity regarding care for my car than ever before. Side note: They know that if your there it has not been a great day. They are aware and they try to keep the small talk and banter light in an effort to lessen the load. It's noticed and appreciated.β

βEasily the best auto shop I've ever been to! Katie was very thorough, communicative, and friendly. She troubleshot and fixed a few different issues on a used Subaru that I had recently purchased, from a malfunctioning infotainment system to an a/c condenser that needed replacing, all while coordinating with my warranty company to get the covered repairs documented and approved. Wells is definitely my go-to shop now.β
βGreat shop - they have earned my trust. I have been twice for repairs that ended up being very small. The second repair didnβt even require a part. They took a look, fixed the problem, and had my car ready same day. Itβs important to me to have an honest mechanic who will start small and see if that solves the problem - so far we are two for two. Thank you Tom!β
βI walked in on a Saturday too see if they had something on hand for my car bc I had two bad rims and they did they had a few on hand got me in and out with in under 45 mins really happy with the way the car came out... goin back with my 82 chevy for them to get str8....one of the better shops around the area...β

βThis is the place you need to go if you have an RV and need an inspection. They were super accommodating and professional. I made an appointment to get my 2012, 31 ft Class C safety inspected and it was just a couple of days out not weeks out like other places! I showed up at 8 am and was done with the inspection by 9:30 am. It initially failed for a bulb and tint. You know how Maryland is about tint! They removed the tint and replaced the bulb and passed! Since I was there, I took advantage of their title and registration services. I was out of there by 10:30. Great little waiting area with a coffee machine and great cell coverage there. Great experience overall.β

We had a 20 minute conversation where Mark took the time to educate me on the truck. Brought the truck in for repairs and Mark explained everything to me thoroughly before performing the repairs. Kept in contact with me about parts and estimated time the truck repairs would be completed. After repairing the truck, Mark took the time to do a walk around of the truck and they even washed the truck for me! Thatβs what I call superior customer service!! βIβve been dealing with Sam and his wonderful wife from Mid Atlantic 4X4 for over 20 plus years since he moved into the shop in Glen Burnie. I definitely gave them a 5 STAR Review. Well his shop deserves a 10 STAR RATING. He has done several of my trucks with lift kits ,big Tires etc. just. Recently I brought my Dodge 4X4 (1500). He put a 6 inch body and suspension lift on my truck. 37 1/2 tires Omg. My truck looks and drives incredible. But let me tell you whatβs really important to me and any other Business owner. His customer service is through the roof. He ( Sam / wife ) takes his time with you and explains everything in detail about the products they are selling you. He gives you tons of options but he also gives his personal/ professional opinion on what is best for that vehicle. Now thatβs the sales end. 10 STARS PLUS (itβs hard to impress me lol) Now let me tell you about Rob ( the installer) in the shop. He is TOP-NOTCH MECHANIC. This guy put my truck on the lift and did a full inspection of my entire truck. I needed a ball joint and wheel bearing and something else ( I canβt remember) I told him I would get it done later. Anyway he said Iβm sorry sir I canβt and will not put this lift kit on until these things get fixed. Lifting this truck will make it totally unsafe being that high. He showed me where my right front tire was ready to fall off lol. At first I was a little pissed off because Iβm the customer and we are always right. lol but after Rob showed me my tire I realized that he was right. Rob said he needed the work but my safety was way more important than a days pay. Wow thatβs incredible. My Brother owns a mechanic shop but I let Rob do all the work even though I could of gotten the work done for a fraction of the cost. But his integrity and concern for my safety which came first for him I didnβt even hesitate to let him fix my truck. Look I can go on and on about the great experience and quality of work Iβve gotten from MID-ATLANTIC 4X4 but Iβve already almost wrote a small book here on this review but I wanted people to know just how good this place really is. Like I said earlier, ITS REALLY HARD TO IMPRESS ME. Anyone who knows me knows that I only deal with the best and Top of the line people and businesses. Thatβs why ALL My companies are named TOPLINE INC. ( Topline construction's, Topline Limo , Topline Bailbonds).LMAO. ?????So I think Iβve said enough. If you want a great place to get your truck modified or lifted , big tires etc. go and see Sam / wife / Rob to get what you need.MID-ATLANTIC 4X4 IS TOP OF THE LINE LOL AND I GIVE THEM 5-PLUS PLUS PLUS STARS. βChristina was super helpful and attended to my vehicle's needs quickly. I now have a safe car again. My newly purchased used car was stalling, they comp'd the inspection and work even though i was out of warranty. I felt taken care of. Getting scheduled was a bit slow as they are short staffed, but that appears to be true across the industry.β
βI haven't gone to the shop itself, but my mother and law and myself were stuck on the side of a busy road trying to change a tire, and a gentleman from this shop saw us and offered to help! He made quick work of it, and was so kind. Didn't get his name, but thank you again, and we will be going to you guys in the future!β
