Thank you to the sale rep Tracey helped me out and ask to understand what my needs were. I had researched a sectional online and I had come in to see it in person. I had a budget since I just purchased a home and had other things to purchase. Tracey heard me loud and clear and helped me get the sectional that I really wanted. It has a little bit of the shipping time wait, but for the sale I received-it was worth it. I would recommend this location

Me and my boyfriend just moved to Baltimore and came here to find a couch for our new place. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and kind, on top of being super helpful with guiding us around the store and showing us couches that matched what we were looking for. Eric was helping us with our decision and purchase and was so great! The general manager even came out, introduced himself, thanked us for coming in, and assured us to take our time. We weren’t rushed or forced into any decisions, and were able to take our time and find our perfect fit. Finally, they covered every little detail about delivery and our protection plan to answer questions we didn’t even know we had! I would recommend this store to anyone looking into buying furniture.

Anita and her manager, at the Glen Burnie store, were of great help and assistance. Going in not really realizing what kind of mattress fit our needs best, they provided courteous, professional service to get us what we wanted.

I have purchased several items over the year”s from the Glen Burnie store. The furniture is great quality and customer service has always been top notch with Anita! The manager was also very cordial and welcoming!
