I had gotten an eye exam to be fitted for contacts for the very first time and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. I worked with their contact lens specialist Chirrell who was very professional and so supportive when teaching me how to take my lenses in and out of my eyes. She made my experience very smooth and fun! Highly recommend this place if you need an exam, contacts, or glasses!

bad customer service over the phone. I just want to check the status of the glasses, instead of telling ready or not. They let you know why is not here. I have no idea why is not a simple answer. And they never call when it is ready. Plus when you pick it up make sure it is the correct prescription. Since it has got wrong for two times. 1st time did not find out until go back to a special eye doctor due to a headache 6 months later which they used last year's prescription. Caught it again this year.

Last Thursday I met an angel, in the form of a technician at Glen Burnie America’s best I’m not used to great health care because of the VA, but not only was, I well taken care of, but I was heard, as well as advocated for. Cristy not only listened to me and my concerns about my health that impact my eyes, but also advocated for me with a Doctor Who wanted me to do a test that would’ve hurt me because of my photosensitivity. She is beyond kind caring and helpful. I truly appreciate her.she found an alternative solution to my problem and was able to work with me. I had a second appointment Monday yesterday. To finish up my care in person instead of remotely and get the prescription figured out and their other technician Gianni who was also kind caring and helpful took care of me before the doctor saw me and once I was done with the doctor chirell was able to help me get my trials ordered with ease and kindness and attention to detail and she took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand with out making me feel dumb for asking and not understanding at first the changes my eyes were experiencing because of the cyst affecting my eyes. And ebony was very pleasant and cared about helping me when I called about some other information. All in all I appreciate those I dealt with. And Would , 110% recommend this location because they definitely care about their patients and it’s not just about getting people in and out. They definitely care.

Great Staff!!! Everyone here is polite and pleasurable with their guest. My experience was very enjoyable. My appointment was fast and knowledgeable. I came out feeling better then when I came in. Made me just want to come back and just visit because I enjoyed myself that much. Shout out to Ryn, Gianni,Christy, Joycelyn, Baron. Keep Up the Great Work!!!

Marissa is the best! I needed some emergency contacts and was a little discouraged to find out they didn’t carry my preferred brand. Marissa went the extra mile and double checked the stock anyway and found exactly what I needed!! She also informed me of ways to order my contacts other than coming into the store. Thank you so much Marissa!!

Lillian the General Manager, was fantastic helping me get 2 pairs of glasses. She was very knowledgeable, and her customer service is seldom seen anymore. She is truly an asset to this location and I would recommend this store to anybody.

I had the best experience at America’s Best today. The young lady at the counter was very accommodative and polite. The Optical technician doing the vision tests explained the procedures and precautions as well and was kind. Even the experience with the Optemitrist went well. I was surprised about the experience but carrying a lot of anxiety about the price. I explained this to Chirrell when I went to order my glasses and contacts and she went beyond her best to see that I got the best options for my Pennie’s plus more. This was definitely exceptional all around and will remain in my kind as hands down one of my best customer service experiences ever. Thank you, America’s best for a great eye care experience.

Very dissatisfied because we had to pay for another eye exam when we were just recently there so we could get the dmv part of the exam which we didn’t even need. We could have done it for free at DMV. Will not be going back!
