I recently visited this Aldi’s and was happy with the quality of the produce and the well-stocked shelves. However, I witnessed an incident that left a negative impression. A female employee with dark blond hair was extremely rude and impatient to an older lady, constantly sighing in an annoyed manner, rolling her eyes, and making mocking remarks to another employee about the older lady. I hope she sees this and does better.

I frequent Aldis for fresh produce and snacks at affordable prices. The produce is usually fresher than I see in larger national/ local chains. The store is clean and spacious, even when busy w/ customers. Suggest shopping there early in the mornings to avoid increase in shoppers

Poor service, I was shopping here. the cashiers name was Georgianna, she was very rude and disrespectful, when I was paying she threw all my groceries into the cart without caring about damaging the items .

I came in here looking for one specific item, they didn't have it so I went to leave. Every check out aisle was blocked off except one, which had a line of people in it and the entrance door won't register you trying to leave.

They Need to work on customer service
I had an individual lie and say his line was closed his line was closed . After he heard me ask another associate if he was opening up his line again. Then proceed to lie and say his sign was up. When I watched him take care of a customer and just stood there afterwards. Then told me he had a sign up to close when the sign was place down wards on end cap of the register. not even displaying the sign on his register just like all the other lanes or associates actually closed.
