Apparently Ace is the place with the unhelpful hardware folks. I came into the store 10 minutes before closing not aware that they closed at 5 PM on Sunday, but I was told that they're closing in 10 minutes and that I had to leave. I just needed to grab one thing but whatever, i'm just gonna go to Lowe's down the road. The staff male with a ponytail immediately stopped me as soon as I walked in the door and told me it was too late to come inside, and old woman manager agreed with him. Maybe if they don't want customers coming in during times they're still open then they should just lock the doors early.

Bought a gas fireplace from this store in February. Nice fireplace, installation was quick but feel like I was over charged for a termination line(I have a direct out). Was told multiple times it will take off after the inspection, then told it would be taken off after install and now they said they will look into it but have still not heard back. I would look somewhere else for a fireplace that might be a little more honest.

It's really the only small hardware store around, which is nice when you only need a few things and don't want to walk 4 miles through a warehouse to get them. Staff is very helpful. It's a little more expensive but worth it for the convenience.

I like all ACE Hardware stores. Costello's helped us out with a special order. The salesman was friendly and helpful.

I go to this ace for everyday things. But they carry a wide variety of items that aren't normally easy to find. Pool and hot tub chemicals. Weber geld and accessories. Hearths and accessories. They also have top shelf paints. Lots of Yeti products. The staff is the main reason I go, they can point you right at what you need and where is located.

If you can not find it at Costello's, it can not be found. VERY helpful staff, except for the guy that is supposed to help you load your car. Remember me the 72 yr. old guy with cancer, you help load 10 bags of mulch. Then the next day I bought 4 bags and you stood over by the shed with a lawn mower after the sales clerk called you on the radio to tell you I was getting 4 bags of mulch. Then, one of the girls from the inside came over to help me load. I think because I didn't tip you, you refused to help me the next day. That's OK. Maybe at some point in life you will not be doing good and need help, and then you can reflect back on that day.

Please get your hours right! It said the store closes at 8 pm on google and 9 pm on the website. When we arrived at 7.10 pm, the employee shut the door on us and said the store is closed.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Decent product choices even if prices are a little higher than lowes. I shop here often for things I need for home/garden.

The level of support at the store is excellent. Can't say enough good things about the store and the staff of this particular store. However, be careful purchasing a pellet stove insert from Costello's. The support of their headquarters is subpar at best. They've been hours late for installs, installed the wrong parts, and if you have any issues, they will slow roll you until your warranty period has ended and you'll be left with a product that does not work properly and is potentially dangerous to you and your family.Feel safe and secure purchasing your lawn and garden equipment here, but go elsewhere for any of your hearth needs.
