We purchased a vehicle from Spain, my dream was always to have an American Hummer and they had one in stock. When we contacted about that car, the owner Vic's treatment was excellent and attentive at all times, he even facilitated the procedures with a worker. who spoke Spanish, Diva asked us if we wanted exactly that one or that we could choose it a la carte and helped us find the model, color and extras that we were looking for in the car, in just over 20 days we already had the Hummer!!! They did the maintenance and inspection of the vehicle in their associated workshop and they left the car to our liking, all professionals.
They took the car to the port of New York to ship it to Barcelona without charging us anything for the trip. I recommend them 100% and I am grateful that my dream could have been fulfilled because of them, don't forget to visit us if you come to Spain ??

We went to AG yesterday to look at a mini van that we were very interested in. I cannot even begin to describe what a positive experience we had with Diva! She was so gracious, patient, and kind! She went above and beyond to help us with our financing to make sure we were able to leave with the car we wanted! We were they for quite a while ( this was thru no fault of Diva’s ) but she never made us feel unwelcome or rushed. Like I said, she was unbelievably patient. She answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable.
I don’t think we would have had such a positive experience anywhere else! I will always recommend AG to all my family and friends or anyone in the market for a car.

This was my first time purchasing a car. Down payment was high. Did not buy my car as is... Ended up IMMEDIATELY putting my vehicle in the shop to replace the timing chain, rack and pinion, power steering pump, tie rods, sway bar links, high pressure fuel pump, rear air shocks, ride height sensor, engine oil cooler, all 8 spark plugs and fuel injectors. Brought a two year extended warranty that I was told was the only way I'd be approved for the car loan. So, I purchased the car on Feb 28th, 2023, and my car was in the shop until May 11th, 2023. It's currently back in the shop again. So far, I've paid over 5k in expenses, and the dealer refused to help me at all, I mean immediately. My car has been in the shop 4 out of 9 months. I've had it. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AND THE OWNER "VIC" ALSO IS AFFILIATED WITH MANIK MOTORS THEY WANT YOU TO USE THAT EXTENDED WARRANTY THERE TO POCKET THE PROFIT FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY THEY SOLD YOU. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

Went to look at a suv would have loved to purchased today. But there was a couple concern. The nice gentleman said he would get it address and give me a call once it has been service. Very professional and courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was superior. Went back today as promise every thing was address and picked up truck. Thank you Diva I feel so bad I forgot the gentleman name. But they are awesome to work with will be promoting the business.

Met Ryan today as a drop by but he treated me and answered numerous questions like we had an appointment. Very knowledgeable, down to earth guy, doesn't haggle you at all. Would highly recommend AG auto!

Have just now gotten our third car with AG Auto. We love our vehicles, and trust that each one was an excellent value. Vic and Diva know exactly what needs to be done and they take great care of us!! I highly recommend.

- zero stars!!! The lady that answers the phone is said to be the manager. She is very rude and doesn’t seem to be able to multitask: I did a credit application for a SUV on Sunday. I was putting down $10,000 CASH on a vehicle that cost $1,3995. The business was closed on Sunday. The business opened up on Monday. And no one called to inquire about my loan application. I received an email to come in and test drive the vehicle. I replied back to the email. To please run the credit application and call me with numbers. Hours later I still didn’t receive a phone call. I call them, and ask for the manager. Trying to under why anyone wouldn’t call a potential customer that applied for a small loan. And was putting $10,000 CASH down. She said she was the manager. And tried her best to get me off the phone saying she didn’t call me because to many people was coming in. I literally had to force her to help me and run the credit application. She said she ran it with sister companies to Westlake Financial. And u was denied because of me accepting a settlement offer from Westlake during the pandemic. I asked her to run it through Credit Acceptance I had did business with them over 15 years ago. And was prior approved through another dealership. She said she would and call me back. Less than 30 minutes later, she called and left a message that she couldn’t get the numbers to work out for me to get approved. I called to Credit Acceptance to verify what I was told. Because I didn’t under that any bank would deny a potential customer that was putting $10,000 CASH DOWN ON A vehicle that cost $1,3995. I was place on hold by the representative from Credit Acceptance. She spoke with someone in the new application department. And said that the dealership did not complete the applications and that they were waiting on them so I can know how much my loan and payments would be. That I need to contact the dealership to finalize my down payment and the price of the vehicle and what I was financing. Mind you, I have a fraud block on my credit. So every time that my credit is ran. I receive an email. I didn’t receive an email that my credit was ran from any bank. Also prior to, the lady at the dealership said that they was cash only. And u said but I did a credit application online. I called today and she answered the phone sounding frustrated when she knew that it was me. I told her that I contacted Credit Acceptance who is likely to approve everyone. And she actually said yesterday that they approve everyone. So I asked her to finish her part so the loan could be approved. That the bank said she did an incomplete application on me. That they only saw the application but no information about the vehicle, down payment or loan amount was filled in. That they didn’t have my address, employer or anything. I said to her when she tried brushing me off and debating me. Let call them on three way. She said she couldn’t. I asked her to call them in three way. She said you call them I can’t. Of course she couldn’t. So she then says you call them call me with them in the phone. I decided ti do this review. Because I am sure that if I called them on three way, she would see my number and have someone else answer the phone and say she’s not available like yesterday. So this dealership doesn’t deserve my business. I don’t know who, what or why she wouldn’t want ti sell me a vehicle. I think I know why, but I will not say. BEWARE OF THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ATTITUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM… THE BUSINESS US MISLEADING AND PUCK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY SELL A VEHICLE TO.

The women was very unprofessional and pressured to buy a car I didn’t even drive or see ! Car was in no condition to sell at all ! All the cars look Amess . She was rushing to wash up the car when I got there . Not a good car lot !
