The people at the store are very professional and also very friendly. They may not speak the perfect English, except for one of the owners who is a college graduate and a family man, but the people that he hires are trained well and are very customer service oriented.
The store can’t get busy at times and since it is a small store, it can’t get dirty pretty quickly, but they take the time to clean it up immediately soon as they get a chance. So most of the time the store is in well condition.
Personally, I like the customer service and the friendliness of the employees. They may not have everything all the time, but mainly it is because of delivery not being there but soon as they get their stock, everything is out in full display.
One of the owners not too long ago was eating some corn chips or corn, nuts, and me and a regular customer of the store were inside purchasing something and he immediately opened up his bag of corn nuts and handed us some to share with us. That’s how friendly The owners of the store are to regular customers.

I work 3 mins away from this 7/11, so every morning I go in there to get my coffee and donut. Anytime I go in there, the store clerk seem unhappy or look mean for some reason. I know ppl got problems in their personal lives and sometimes you can’t control it but have attitude even at work but you’ve to learn no to take it out on other ppl, at least that’s what I thought. I begin to notice that, she says hi to all the white ppl that walk in the store and say thank you as they leave out but when it gets to my turn she doesn’t say anything. I didn’t pay no mind cause I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. I went in today, she didn’t say hi. Went in got my coffee and waited to get some white ppl in front of me to confirm my suspicions. She definitely smiled and thank them as they left. When it was my turn, totally silent. And did say thank you as I left the store. And my problem is she is Indian and she is dark skin just like I am yet she is discriminating against me cause of my skin color. Not once have I been rude to this lady nor have I had any long conversations with her. So I’m confused as to why she acts like that towards me.

This location has gone down hill as of recently. An employee was caught taking pictures of a minor, the employees are rude on a regular basis, one employee told me it wasn't their problem an item was mispriced and he didn't care. The food station is always dirty and the tongs to grab the food are filthy as well. Needless to say after today I won't be going back. I spent $14 and was told I couldn't have a bag for the 7 items that I purchased. The only good thing about this store are the 2 older women who work during the morning.

I'm not sure what the problem was with all the others but, it's close to home, clean and nice. I've had the morning shift woman (older lady) and a guy for the night shift. My experience was pleasant other then needing a ID at 37 for cigarettes but, its the law.

I came into the establishment today. I'm actually still in the parking lot as I'm typing the review. The store clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke to her twice and she looked me in my face and ignored me. Twice. Once a white customer came in, she smiled brightly and greeted him. Gave him all of the pleasantries you'd except. When it came to me to ring up my items, she slammed them back on the counter after scanning them. I politely asked her to not do it after the 2nd item. She sucked her teeth and continued. I asked was she ok, she said, I'm ok. She took my card to pay for the stuff (they didn't have ANY machines for customers to use) and just handed to me my items and card.I don't want to say it was racial, but...

Waking up at 6am to a dumpster getting slammed right next to your bedroom window is not something you want to wake up to. I work nights. The neighbors have begged this store not to stick their dumpster next to the neighbors houses and to keep it on the property where no houses were. This is not a neighborhood store if they cared about their neighbors they would put their dumpster back where it was not disturbing anyone. This store has no consideration for their neighbors. What is really sad I have known the owners for years. They don't care either because they no longer live in the area.

Apart from the slurpee machines being broken all of the time, the staff does not pay attention to its customers but instead, devotes their attention to their phones. They could not communicate properly, and would get frustrated when answering questions about products (due in part to a lack of knowledge and the inability to communicate properly).

Came here at 1:46AM and no one was at the counter and the doors are locked. Says that they’re a 24hr operation but no one was here or the employee locked the door and went to the back.

Been going to this store for 19 years now. After this morning, they lost a valuable customer. The guy behind the register raised his voice and was shouting at me. Half the coffee dispensers were empty, the store is a mess and needs a good cleaning. He cant even speak English, and is a fat pig. He was not wearing his badge so I could not get his name and even if he was I probably could not even pronounce it.
