“I bought a 56” roller cab at the Parkville store and had it delivered to the store. Everyone there was very helpful with the whole process. I chose this store after having difficulty with the employees in Edgewood. When I picked up the tool box, Evan at the store helped me load it into the truck. He even climbed in the back with me and helped squeeze it in. I definitely would not have been able to get it loaded without his help. I will be taking my business there from now on because of their great customer service.”

“First time here. If you're not careful you will drive past it, as I did. Lol. Carts were available both regular and those with for disabled people. Let me tell you this store was very clean. Seeing an online circular is what made me take the drive to this location. The sales were awesome and the availability of products was enough for everyone. They even had fresh pickles at the deli. The lunch meat purchased was fresh as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely be taking this drive again because it was definitely worth the money saved.”
“Since Sears and Montgomery Ward.have either gone defunct or into the catalog fog, Harbor Freight has been my go for tools.
The warranties are as good or better than my previous sources and there are numerous locations to pick up my tool needs. Frankly the tools are quite good and occasionally they provide major sales and discounts. Predator generators are durable, efficient and highly rated. All in all I think Harbor Freight and its tools are a very good value”
“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”

“So close to my house and didn’t know it wasn’t just for contractors had 4 inch baseboard Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t for way cheaper and it wasn’t MDF!! The warehouse guy shrink wrapped it all and helped me get 5 16’ pieces of baseboard in my truck couldn’t be more pleased”

So I need to do some more information gathering on my end to figure out my exact part. Then I can place an order. Andy was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. “I went to this location to purchase two packages of GB Gardner Bender Split Flex Tubing 10' x 3/8" & 1/2". Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted with a genuine smile and "Hello." In fact, every team member that I encountered was friendly and asked if I needed help! This was a refreshing change from most Home Depot where the associates see a customer approaching and make a B line like a bat out of hell. Even worse, you do catch one and they are miserable, mad at the world and act as if you are bothering them! I elected to skip the self-checkout kiosks and went to Zachary, Cashier in the Pro Depot. Zachary greeted me with a nice smile and a warm greeting. He quickly entered my Pro number, processed my items and billed me out. Overall, this location has awesome team members, is clean and well stocked and organized. Kudos to all of the team members here for providing a refreshing customer service experience! I will definitely return to this location when I am in the area.”

mechanic. He did the annual service on my zero turn and did more than expected compared to the big tractor shops. Glad you are here in Glen Arm.”
