I Was getting the run around all day by a doctor I visited, basically he never sent any information to the Germantown pharmacy. There were alot of complications by the doctor, luckily Adam saved the day, made everything easy, accessible for me to obtain my prescription. Just wanted to recognize him, give him props for doing an excellent job, thank you Adam!!

I used to love this store but it's becoming increasingly difficult to continue to patronize it. Went to pick up a few things yesterday evening. No regular size tomatoes. There were 3 small broccoli crowns left.. picked up 2 (cut it tonight and was full of bad spots - tossed it), Butter was almost sold out. I wanted a french baguette, nope none. What is with this store? I do like that many staple items are less expensive than Giant or Safeway but other items are more. I should've left empty-handed and gone to Giant or Safeway - at least with those stores my points go towards gas discount. Not sure what giving Wegman's my phone number gets me.

Before dinner in Germantown, my fiance and I went to Wegman's to browse their selection of produce and products. We ended up getting a variety of Kettle and Fire and Wegman's bone broths. Next time, we'll have to try Mini Crabcakes, Pretzel Twist with Crab Stuffing, and other appetizers.

I come to Wegman's at least once a week. I am sure that for spinach wraps that I am their best customer. I buy 3 spinach wraps at a time-- generally twice a week almost every week of the year. Not quite 300/ year. The food is fresher than at Subway. I like the staff, and people refer to this Wegman's as "your store". (ie, were you at your store this week). To me, the spinach wraps with fresh veggies, roast beef and turkey are very tasty. And I find that most of the time when I speak to people, they are at least business-friendly.However, it IS a business, and if they weren't busy, they would--and have--gotten less hours. When I compare them to workers at other grocery stores, IMO, their service tends to be better. Especially when comparing to some of the managers and supervisors at some branches of Safeway. In one instance, even when I had someone from HQ on the phone, they would give me any cash back for a check, and refused to speak to a headquarters employee. I don't bother with certain branches any more.

Refused to give me the refill that my doctor prescribed, with severe results. They took a "one size fits all" approach without asking any questions that I'd have been happy to answer. I then laid out my situation but the pharmacists ignored this. I was using them for many years and this nightmarish episode occurred only after a big turnover in staff. These people should lose their license.

Nothing special here. It's a grocery store. They have a good selection, and a lot of organic and specialty items, but when they don't have something, and they ask if you found everything, you can tell them what you'd like to see and they have no idea what to do.

Some really good sales. They deliver through door days. Produce is fresh. Good choice for groceries.

Excellent in almost every aspect. Highly recommend. They could use more checkout staff, that's my only complaint.

On a Saturday morning there were three checkouts open. I waited 26 minutes in line which was longer than I was in the store shopping. A cashier put her bank in the checkout next to the one I was in, opened several paper bags, and looked as though she was about to open. When I asked if she was opening she said "in a couple of minutes" and walked away. When I left the store 20 minutes later, she was in the parking lot talking with two other employees at the cart corral. I know stores want us to act as cashiers and baggers so they can save on payroll but not everyone is mobile enough to do that.

I've literally been to a Wegman's location like twice in life. LOL They are somewhat hard to come by. I live in S.S so the closest location would be either Gaithersburg or Columbia. Still a hike either say when I live less that 5 mins from a Giant and Safeway. Even though I've been to a Wegmans less than a handful of times, I was always in awe of how much they have to offer. I mean the place is huge and probably carries everything you need for groceries. This time around, I went specifically for their flowers for Mother's day. One of my best friends gets her flowers from Wegmans all the time and they always look beautiful. I was highly surprised to see the assortment and the abundance of flower options a day before Mother's day. I thought everyone would be swarming to the point where they couldn't keep up. I appreciated that there were flowers right up front when you walk in with more in the back of the store in their flower department. I was in and out within 20 mins with 2 beautiful arrangements. I hear that Wegman prices are kind of high compared to other grocery stores but i would def make another effort to actually walk the entire store to see what more they can offer.

I shop at my Local Wegmans (Frederick) and I happened to be out in MoCo this weekend, so wanted to hit this one on the way back! It's literally such an amazing Location! Love the huge parking garage they have connected to the Store! It was well stocked with all sorts of items I needed! You can't beat the variety at Wegmans with all substitutes for certain food allergens and veggie vegan types! Staff was nice and helpful!! Would definitely go back to this Location if I'm out in MoCo again!

Okay, so this is the first and only Wegmans I have been to, and I will say that I am not overly impressed. Major pros (for me): 1) their produce is usually pretty good quality (in comparison to several other grocery stores in the area) 2) they have a pretty good selection of 'specialty' items, as well as international items (specifically Asian food items - which is nice if you aren't sure where your local Asian market is, or are intimidated by the experience) 3) the food quality all around is arguably better than some of the competitors in the near area. Major cons (for me): 1) it is a bit pricey in my opinion, especially for some regular run of the mill items 2) I HATE the way this store is set up. Don't ask me why, I just really do not like it (such a personal complaint lol) 3) They tend to not have enough cashiers and registers open and available for patrons to check out. I mean, I believe that you're weird if you go to places like the grocery store in a hurry, but still, no one wants to experience what they may consider Walmart-type waiting in lines at a nicer grocery store like Wegmans. Overall, the store is fine. I wouldn't sing the praises from the rooftop or anything, but I would definitely visit again, specifically for the produce.

0* for the store policy and manager. Lately I had to visit this store each day to purchase prepared meals for a sick family member. I don't mind if a dish doesn't turn out good. But, I bought a Wegman's quart of lemonade to drink in the car. I was astounded by the sugar in it and did not drink past a sip. When I went home, read the label, 28 g all added sugar. Its more than double the coke!!! I checked the store website, no refund policy found. When I went to the store, asked 2 clerks, one asian woman did not understand what I asked, the second one told me to go to the desk. I asked the man there and he told me I can bring it to return. I was lazy to do for such a cheap thing $3.27. However, I want to let them know my disgust of their lemonade, so they discontinue it. The man (same man, is he manager?) threw the bottle in the trash can, counted the money and return to me without any smile or thank. I should not have thanked him. I will continue to go to the store but don't think highly of its management and owner, just highly of some of the helpers I had spoken to.
