Pharmacy hours are the worst. I am going to change pharmacies. They close at 7 pm when you really need a prescription you have to wait for the next day. I was told they change hours for their own benefit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's unfortunate when calling the pharmacy to check before driving to the location they will not tell you if they even have a specific medication in stock. You must drive out there to be told no. I was told this is the policy of every Walmart Pharmacy, which I found to be untrue. All others let me know BEFORE I drove out.

My mother called regarding a prescription that was called this morning at 10:30am. I came to pick the prescription up at 5pm. Was asked to come back in 20 mins. I came back in 30 mins and was asked to come back in another 20 mins. I told them NO! The pharmacist said I’m the only person working and I’m giving Covid shots. I explained to her…this was NOT my problem…it was simply her’s and I was NOT waiting another 20-30 mins. This is the worse place!

I've been patiently waiting to purchase the ice coconut caramel girl scout coffees . For so long every grocery store that I will go into didn't have them. So while I was shopping for Thanksgiving dinner I just decided to walk down the beverage aisle and they had only two that was meant for me. Well not really but I'm glad I pick the last two up first it's so delicious and creamy. I can taste the coconut & carmal anything coconut is my favorite. I also saw thin mint that could have be delicious also I'll try that next time. But if anyone can find the Dunkin donut girl scout ice coffee flavors try them. Ten out of ten highly recommend ENJOY

Man Walmart in Germantown the employees and managers they are rude no good try to return something didn't know the policy change didn't get any respect to get nothing back for it they don't got no shoes for my seven-year-old son they are going out of business looks like it the bathroom is dirty and smells I think it's a lot of real people work there I'm going to stop going to the shopping and used to be my favorite place to shop no more

Excellent service! Placed my order through the app, then arrived for curbside pickup on the Sunday after Black Friday, in 2020, aka COVID times. I was greeted with a sign in the prescription parking lot that said, dial this number for service, and i dialed the number - it was about 1:25, I believe - and got a message that the mailbox was full. I pulled up the app and dialed the number the app provided, immediately reached the pharmacist, who sounded very frazzled and asked me to call back on the number listed on the sign in the parking lot. Feeling apprehensive about the likelihood of re-reaching a willing customer service representative, I asked, I'll admit plaintively, can't you assist me? And she didn't even skip a beat, just explained that she'd just come back from lunch and was slammed - which, having previously worked as a pharmacy technician, I entirely sympathize with - and she was "alone here" which I surmise meant she was the only pharmacist on duty - and then she immediately said, I'll send my tech out when I can, which I have no problem with, but just a warning that, if you're trying for curbside pickup, don't come at lunchtime, and wait nicely. Also 301-515-6703 is the number to call if you can't get through on the (240) number.

Save your time, patience and money go anywhere else for your sanity! drop off staff was super rude pharmacists are the only ones who know what they are doing here, terrible experience!

Poor services! They couldn’t even help me find refresh eye drops for soft contact lenses, the lady was rude and told me it’s in the eye aisle even tho I had looked multiple times. I am BLIND without glasses and needed help! THEY REFUSED! WORST SERVICE!

I am only giving one star simply because i cannot give zero. This wamart is HORRIBLE but specifically the pharmacy. It doesnt matter if you call them the day before and MAKE SURE that your prescription will be ready, it still wont. You will end up waiting in line for 20 minutes to find out you need to wait in line for another 45 because they need to prep it. These people are f*****g IDIOTS. The only reason i refill here is because its cheaper, but I would rather pay $100 more to NEVER deal with these incompetent people ever again. Never coming back again.

WORST pharmacy EVER!!!! I should of just went to rite aid! I came on 10-29-2018. Took over a hour for a prescription. The workers are NOT nice and not respectful of my time! DONT EVER COME HERE!!!
