Representative looked like he had pink eye, and he was he coughing, looked very sick. Customer Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Manager was very confrontational. worst experience I’ve ever witnessed.

I went to the Verizon store on a Saturday morning, right when they opened. If you are going on a Saturday I suggest you get there when they open because they progressively get busier. Ken, the manager greeted us immediately and helped us with a billing problem that speaking to Verizon over the phone could not solve. When the associate, Gabby, came in for her shift she finished helping us. We switched from another major company to Verizon for all of our service (cell phones, iPads, and 5G Home). The process was easy and I was prepared for it to be a lengthy process. However, the outstanding customer service by both Gabby and Ken made it much less waiting time that I had planned. For the past several years I have used the Germantown store because I like the fact that the manager has been working there for 19 years. His staff is highly trained and professional. I appreciate the good customer service, the efficiency of the staff, and the friendliness of the entire sales team. They all seem to enjoy working there and that says a lot to me as a customer. Keep up the good work!

It doesn't take long as soon as you walk into the door do you scan the scan bar and then someone comes and help you I like to take my time I'm in no hurry when I come into the store 30 minutes is good for me

Went in for something simple (obviously it never is) but was greeted, and helped by Carlos. He was very professional and took the time to help solve the problem even when it took longer than we both expected. Thanks again!

I had to wait for an hour and they skipped me in the queue even though I checked in. And they didn’t have what I wanted in the end either. I get that it’s the holidays but still an hour is ridiculous.

PLEASE NOTE: my 5 stars are NOT for the store in general. I’ve had bad all bad experiences here over the years until I met Ken (Manager). Won’t get into details but he made it worth reviewing the store. So, if you want a 5 star experience, he’s your best shot. Thank you, Ken!

This place sucks. No customer service, rude and the staff underestimate the clients intelligence.It looks like the only thing the staff cares about is sales, any services clients walk in there to have done it is $25 or call customer care. Is not enough what we paid monthly? Not only that but I have 6 lines in my account and paid $7-$11 per line just because I use my phone in the Montgomery county. I was a very loyal client regardless of signal issues enough is enough. I hope Verizon does a good job hiring warm hearted, friendly and kind people.

Gabs, Gabby or Gabrielle or which ever way they call her name is an extremely rude and unprofessional woman and it is unfair to customers that management allows her to continue the disrespect.When I went into the store today, I was not expecting the type of confrontation i got from Gab. Even as I was explaining to the manager, she still had the audacity to continue going back and forth with me.The manager was there and heard it all so I need not elaborate here. She obviously have no respect for her manager either since she was talking over his head too,

Top notch professional customer care. I transferred my lines out of another carrier and I couldn’t be happier doing so at this store. Adam went far and beyond to assist us getting the devices we want and helped us transferring our numbers and everything. Ken, the manager was also on top of every major question and made sure we got it all done smoothly. This is the spot to get your phone service done.

Adam worked with me and my brother in upgrading my phone. Adam was helpful and very thorough in his explanation about the phone, service, and account information. He even helped us save money on our bill! Glad to have worked with him and definitely recommend his help!

We had wonderful service.. plenty of staff on hand to help out on a Saturday afternoon.. took a while but we got our new phones and other gadgets. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Well we timed it well for not having scheduled an appointment. And the VZ employee was patient as we took a lot of her time but maintained a calm demeanor and was patient with us!
