Very Very Poor Job and Customer Service!! This was one of the most Disappointing Frustration Carpet Cleaning Job I have had in 25yrs as a professional Realtor in Florida!! USA Clean has No local managers in the Tampa Area to address customer concerns and complaints they are running this unprofessional operation from 1100 miles away in NYC and rely on pictures from service techs to address issues!! Totally dissatisfied with the carpet service and USA Clean customer service is just lots of Fluff!! Buyers Beware!

After a failed attempt to clean my carpets myself, I reluctantly called in the professionals. USA Clean Master’s team not only cleaned the carpets but also shared tips on maintaining a clean carpet, which was much appreciated. Their rug cleaning service saved me from my own overzealous cleaning methods.

Do not use this cleaning service! I had used the company a few years ago and they called recently asking if I wanted my sofa cleaned again. I asked "how much" and was told $129.00. This seemed like a reasonable price as the prior cleaning was about $100.00. But it turned out to be a low-ball estimate. When the technician arrived I was told it would cost an additional $150.00 or so to clean the sofa. Annoyed by the bait-and-switch, I called the company to ask about the difference in pricing. After I was shunted from person to person, I was finally told it was my fault for not specifically asking if there would be additional charges when I was first contacted. Ridiculous - trying to blame me for their unscrupulous business practices. I recommend you do not use USA Clean Master.
