My far this is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. The only reason why I even come here on occasion is because of the proximity to my house. Whenever I walk in and see that the older gentleman is working, I know my time is going to be wasted. There is no sense of urgency and he does not greet or thank you. I rather make the longer drive to another UPS to avoid being annoyed and receiving bad customer service. Get it together

Awful petty people with awful attitudes it’s like they go out of their way to be rude, dismissive, and take pleasure out of inconveniencing patrons.

Horrible service, hardware and honestly can't think of a reason to come here again.
Went to the UPS website to make some prints and found out their online system was broken so I had to email to a different address and print it there. But when I was paying the price was completely different than what was quote online by a wide margin. If I wasn't in a hurry I would not have paid. The staff just gave me an pay or get lost attitude. So really nothing good to say about this location.

Kind of rude when I went in there to do an Amazon return. My package wasn’t taped and the guy was rude to me about it. I mean come on. They have tape rolls right next to him on the counter!

It's ok. One of the agents made a fuss about not taping my return package which was kind of silly.

This location is the worst and has the RUDEST staff. Customer service is in the pits! I was the only person in the store at first & was never greeted until I had to say umm helloooo? The woman was just on the computer not doing anything. When another customer came in she had to directly go up to the woman who was just on the computer and ask for assistance. Imagine having only two customers in the store and having them wait like there are 20? Absolutely ludicrous. When the guy was “assisting” me with my box, he did not know how to accurately use a ruler and fold straight, I tried to help & he shooed my hand away only to end up BENDING and creasing a print that I was shipping that someone paid for. This action was concluded with him ultimately shrugging his shoulders as if this isn’t my product that he damaged. I will never come here again and this place should just be turned into a food spot at this point.

I took 12 UPS envelopes to ship next day that were time sensitive. All scanned in and 11 scanned out the location. One of the UPS envelopes was never scanned out and no other tracking info can be found. The store keeps saying they shipped everything out and will not take responsibility for losing a time sensitive package. I called customer service and there is no other activity since it was scanned in that store.

With respect, there is no reason to ever, ever go here.The one a few miles away in the Milestone shopping center is infinitely better with significantly greater customer service, a much cleaner store (which really does matter), and what I would say is actually professional packing.

They cant tape your box, they dont have store email to print a label for you. Will drive further for better store next time.
