Why do we need to notify we’re on the way and have arrived….If we’re still going to be waiting? For some reason the curbside option was unavailable, although four people were standing relaxed at the register. I entered the store for my pick up order at an empty store, but for some reason I have to announce “order pick up” when I’m standing there looking directly at them in front of the order pick up sign… annoying! No greeting either… then it was way too casual like they had better things to do ! Chop Chop…geez smh

Totally disappointed! I purchased an item that came with a free gift, but the store didn’t have it available. I was told that I would have to return the item and repurchase it to get the free gift! That doesn’t make sense to me. Why would I do that? It was in my cart then disappeared. The representatives couldn’t even offer a comparable item. I am not going back to Ulta.

This store in Germantown is well organized and clean. The girls were super kind and helpful. I ordered online a foundation that did not match my skin color and decided to exchange it for another one with a warmer tone. I had a very good customer experience and truly recommend visiting Ulta. There are a lot of excellent brands for make up and fragances. My advice: be prepared to spend some time at the store. There is so much to see! Enjoy!

First time getting my hair serviced here was a nightmare. My cut was uneven, and the stylist added so many unnecessary additional services. The service took longer than expected because the stylist was servicing another client doing color. I had another appt that I couldn’t make due to the extended time my hair took. Luckily, after speaking to the customer service team online, I was able to get a refund. The manager on duty only wanted to give me a partial refund although the complete experience wasn’t great. I tired again to give them another chance 8 months later and my appt was cancelled 2 hours before since the stylist was out sick.

I'm a beauty novice and came in for help picking out shades for bronzer and highlighter. I spoke with someone and they spent time walking me around to show me brands they like and think are worth the money and helping me pick out shades that would work well with my skin tone. I really appreciated the individual attention I got here.

Do NOT get your hair and makeup done here regardless of what occasion as they will end up NOT listening to what you want and might give you a parting present by BURNING YOUR EARS with a curling iron - heck do not even shop here!!!

I’m so disappointed with Ulta Beauty. Shame!
Booked a haircut ( regular , not signature ) online for $57 when I showed up for my appointment the hairdresser informed me that she charges $67 ( even my online booking with this stylist said $57) then she mentioned that they charge for blow dry extra $21 now. If I knew all this before my appointment I would choose another salon.
This is a shame for Ulta management to provide misleading information on website while booking.
I’ve been their client for more than 4 years and always was happy with my haircut. I always booked regular haircut for $57 and blow dry styling was included.
I’m totally fine to pay 90+ for haircut but only when I know the price in advance.

Awful customer service in the tart section department. Ulta Beauty you need to take a look at one of your very unprofessional associates she was a elderly woman with a longer skirt and a lighter shirt I was not able to get her name because she made me feel so uncomfortable. I end up not purchasing anything and leaving the store that attitude needs to be professionally disciplined, I applied a tester on my arm and she was interfered consistently I already made myself clear I do not need her help but she seemed so persistent it almost strikes me. She made me feel really uncomfortable, and I felt harassed by her.

Shopping with a friend in the store and listening to these women gossiping about the customer almost literally in front of them is a big no-no. Whoever the store manager is you should be really embarrassed to have a staff like that I found out through one of your other gossip associates that the lady who strikes the negative communication about the customer is a elderly woman who is in charge in the prestigious department, she had a long coral skirt on, and then you had to two young once at the cash register who has a a visible piercing in her nose disgusting and unprofessional behavior came along with the poor attitude this all occurred on a Saturday May 18th late afternoon at around 4:30 PM whoever be the general manager you need to take a look at your sales associates no wonder it’s most of the time empty.
