They were open and honest and gave me a reasonable rate and quick turnaround. Their rate less than 1/3 the cost quoted me by another shipper for the same thing.

So thankful this is my nearest UPS store! Never any issues shipping anything. Store is clean, folks working are all very nice. I went to the other UPS store on Wisteria Dr while I happened to be nearby and was told that I needed to buy tape to ship a bag that I didn't seal for a return. Came to this one right after on my way home and no issues at all! They taped it for me as a courtesy. The customer service is like night and day.

This UPS is unlike any other UPS I’ve been to! It’s nice to go in and be out within minutes! Gentle with the name of Whyte or Wyatt made the whole process returning Amazon packages so easy! Will come back for sure!

Today I returned to Amazon Fire stick that came in one package not knowing that i couldn’t return them the same way. The workers there informed me of that because in the past I had done that and Amazon didn’t refused to refund me my money back.. I have someone in my corner all ways watching over me. I love this location and hey are very aware of what needs to be done and also professional the store is very clean as well. Thank you again for looking out for me .

This UPS store is the best one around! The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help and get you in and out quickly. I recently took an item in that I had a shipping label for another company without realizing it. They packed it up for me and it was ready to ship with the other company for a very reasonable price.

The only UPS I go to! If you’re in Germantown, this is the store to use. The staff is amazing, efficient, and friendly. Being a regular at this location feels like such a treat. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. If we ever move, IDK what I’d do. No one compares to Telly and his team!
