HIDDEN FEES ROACHES MICES $20/CAR PARKING,NON HELPFUL STAFF OFFICE/PHONEyou can't put food on the table or in the kitchen Roaches will gen in your food they charge $20 /car every month , they trick you so they can collect more money out of your pocket non friendly in leasing office when you go there the first thing they do is rejection or not to satisfy you. IF its discrepancy on you rent you have to go through email with someone who act like robot. Be careful if you are trying to rent from this place

I drive past this complex every day to and from work. Every day there is a new eviction. People’s life belongings are literally thrown on the curbside off the property. The beds, the mattresses, everything. Times are very tough right now with record inflation and wages stagnant. I would expect these people to work with their residents regarding rent and set up payment plans to get back on track. It’s very traumatizing for me personally to see this day in and day out.

Parking issues first parking is $5 on week days and $7 on weekends there are only 5 guest parking spots which are always full ,very far walk from my unit I have been towed 2 times already. I got towed this morning because the guest parking was full mind you it’s only 5 spots so Im parked directly in the next spot next to the quest parking with a quest permit here it is today I wake up and my car is gone now I have to pay another $150 all because of this complex poor parking which is ridiculous 0 stars if I could I’m feed up and absolutely done with this whole situation

Great place to live… unfortunately; I believe they have many people here on the voucher and it really shows! When someone actually works and earns something they usually respect it a little more… I’ve seen people throwing their trash out of the window of their cars like it’s not a big deal someone else will pick it up… and we wonder why their kids act the way they do; they should hire security at the very least until noon or park one of those police cameras in the parking lot it’s plenty of space to record activities… and keep the disrespectful kids from the high school from fumigating the stairwell with marijuana smoke.the schools takes no action because the school system doesn’t care because they are getting federal funding for registered kids living on the system; ie. vouchers and food stamps and so on… so; if the kid comes to school or not they are still getting their money and that’s what it’s all about not morals or responsibility for that matter. That’s why the head of MoCo schools makes as much or more than the president of the United States…

This place is horrible. They only have one good thing. Whenever I complain they try! But that’s the only good thing. Now the bad things. Mice, roaches, people smoking weed in the building ( I’m on the top floor so smoke rises). I’ve heard of people sleeping in the building but never seen them. My neighbors smoke cigarettes and the smoke and smell comes into my apartment. My son has asthma . Again I’m on the top floor so when the people downstairs children are running around it sounds like they are in my apartment. When they jump everything in my apartment shakes. I’ve asked to break my lease and was told no. I have to live in these horrible conditions. I hope the state close these apartments down. I don’t know how people live like this. They are nasty. I hate it here. The sewage smell goes away and comes back. I can’t leave my bathroom door closed because the smell will get bad. When I reported it they sent someone out and he told me to keep pouring bleach down the drain. Smh! Like I said management tries but they need to gut these apartments out and start over!

If could give zero stars, I would definitely give zero stars.I complained many, many times about people smoking marijuana every single day and sleeping in the building on the stairs . I have all of the videos. People in their office saw people smoking inside, but they did nothing. I sent it to the office.The Office promised to install the door locks in March. It has been almost a year and it has not yet been fulfilled! If the speed of your charging is directly proportional to the speed of solving the problem, I will definitely give you five stars!Since your charges are so expensive, you should provide more services

Smoking in the building and people sleeping in the stairs at night. Several attempts to contact the office to resolve the issue but nothing doing. Occupational Safety and health( OSHA) come to our rescue is this too much to ask?

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! If I could give it no stars I would. Been here for 3 months. Mice, roaches, kids inside the building with pit balls all over the floor when you come into the building. Sounds like my neighbors and their kids are about to bust through my walls. Sewage smell in my bathroom. They put window guards on the window frames and now I can barely open the windows. In the event of an emergency I’m dead. This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. Neighbors throw their rat traps onto the yard in front of the building. I put a work order in so they can send an exterminator, the same day they closed my order saying it was done. No one came to my house. In the middle of the night I get emails saying a work order was done and access to my unit was removed. Don’t rent here. It’s horrible

I been here for eight years I have seen two companies that have that have brought this place I been happy here felt safe good school close to all the shopping center I can say this company has made some changes but it was for the good they came in to make these apartments great and the did they are beautiful inside and yes the price I did went up from right years ago a two bedroom was 1,230 when I moved in but now they have really went up but this company made some great changes It depending on what you are looking for but me and my family feel safe here and happy so far

Great community to live, even while open it is a reserved and well maintained location, close to many shopping centers, well established eateries. Best of the staff are tremendous in responding to your needs. Communication is key. If you don’t believe check it out for yourself. Keep up the great work team Seneca.

First thing first no one answers the phone at the front desk. And when you do reach someone the leasing staff can’t tell you anything about your application because everything is online. It’s like they have staff for no reason.After reading all the other reviews I will not be renting here. Plus the apartments doesn’t look renovated for the price you are paying for.

The place is nice, the schools are amazing but the communication between the office, finance and residents is lacking. They mail in your cashiers check which messes up your online set up for paying; argued with me over an $8 difference because I had been parking though I had yet to move in AND it was the amount told to me by the rental office but finance had a different amount that I had “yet to pay”. While breaking my lease yet again difference in pay from office versus finance. Also instead of communicating with parents whose children are not acting appropriately directly they send to all parents. The train runs right behind the community so if you are on the back end get used to it. Packages have been stolen and I’m on the top floor.Maintenance staff is great and quickly get the issue solved if they can. Aka my fridge kept shorting out and I figured out that I needed a whole new outlet.Pros and cons but I also don’t like having to go back and forth with communication when it should be the same across the board or should come from one person versus having a middle man.

Amazing tour! Very helpful and even made arrangements to change a co-applicant! Very flexible, and definitely recommend! The office staff let us take a full tour despite being close to closing!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This lease feels like a prison sentence. I’ve had roof leaks, plumbing issues, I even had the entire ceiling in my living room crack to the point where I could see the sky through it. The apartments are low quality/quite dingy. They installed smart locks/thermostats that stop working after a few months. I only renewed my lease because I had no other option to but I am quite literally counting down the days to move out. The ONLY redeeming quality is that this one lady at the office is extremely kind and attentive, I think her name is Mandisa?
