What's the point of having a phone if it is NEVER answered?!?? How does a bank just refuse to answer their phone??!? Truly baffling and irritating! I shouldn't have to drive all the way there to ask a simple question. What's going on with this branch?!?

This TD branch needs to have their management changed/reviewed. There were a long line of customers and apparently the store manager and and assistant manager just sitting at their desk chatting away while customers started to accumulate waiting in line. I had to try to make eyes contacts and try to get their attention. They apologize that they were not aware there are customers waiting in line. And they are the store managers!

I wish I could give zero stars. The absolute worst banking experience every time. Unfortunately, they are the closest to my home and business I manage. From the rudeness you are met with when asking about the lack of answering the phone or the lack of even a greeting or speaking at all to you in the drive through. There is one person named Callie that is kind and the only saving grace.

This Bank Branch is very good at making customers feel uncomfortable. When I arrived, both tellers were occupied, I looked around and saw 2 staffs sitting at their desk but they both chose to avoid eye contact and no one asking if any customers need help! That's quite alright, I closed my accounts and took my money elsewhere. Bye Bye TD bank!

Terrible customer service at this location. I spent two hours here and was not offered any help. Honestly, I have been with this bank for almost 10 years and am ready to leave. Shopping around for new options.

I have been banking here for some time and find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I have needed a notary several times and there has always been one available. The bank itself is very nicely decorated, cheerful and bright. One time, I did have a question about trusts and estate accounts, and I felt that the person I spoke with was not knowledgeable. However, this is the case at many banks regarding this topic

Excellent service. Mina the manager is a gem. Tellers are great. My deposit amounts are never correct lol, but they always catch it. Have my small business account here. Very happy with this bank. Feel respected and valued here.

Stopped by the branch today to open a small business account and I was very impressed. Immediately upon entering the branch we were greeted and waited upon immediately. Our account manager Nomar was very informative and through and helped us choose the account that were best for our needs. I really like is the fact that we were issued out debit card immediately; unlike other branches were there is a 7-10 business day wait. What's even better is this bank is open 7 days a week. And they have a coinstar that's free to use to account holders.

This banks lacks a lot of the bare necessities for a bank... First it's the waiting game. There is never a notary on site and when there is one they make you wait, then if you move, they never update their records. Getting your statements is like waiting for your income tax refund. The service is rude, you always end up with some rude inexperience person fresh out of high school. Dont get me started on their ATM cards. Just stick with your local credit unions.

I went to deposit $590 cash at the inside ATM last evening for my Daughter. She had worked her first job over the summer and I was adding her earnings to the account. I used the ATM card, went through the prompts, inserted the cash. It confirmed $590 in the Machine.. I click to complete transaction and the machine glitches, telling me its not a valid account and to please take my cash out of the machine. As it was trying to return the money it got jammed and started ripping the 1 $10 bill that came out! The bank had closed but I still saw people inside. I knocked on the glass saying that the money was jammed to please call someone who services the machine. They told me that no one could help me and to leave and come back the next day with my receipt. I told them I didn't get a receipt and I can see a wad of cash jammed in the machine. He said well your on camera just come back and we will deal with it tomorrow. Are you kidding me?! $590 cash and you want me to leave and hope that the bank will give me my cash?! Then he tells me to stick my hand into the machine and try to get my cash out. I yelled.. Who is going to get my hand out if it gets stuck if no-one can get my cash out?! Then both employees just ignored me while I panicked trying to retrieve my cash. I called the 800 number for the bank who documented my call but said they couldn't help me. My last resort was when I took a pen and for 45 min picked the bills out. 1/2 of them were ripped, from the machine. All alone while the 2 employee's ignored me, one was the female manager. I took them over to Bank of America where I bank and they accepted all my cash even the ripped bills. I will be closing my daughters account today. I'm discussed!

Unlike other big banks, TD bank staff has never asked me to remove my hat. They're also really nice folks who are pleasant to deal with. I like that the bank is open 7 days a week. Although I've never needed to go to a teller on a Sunday, it's nice to know that the option exists.
