Horrible experience . General manager Virginia was not helpful and kept rolling her eyes when I asked questions . Been with print until they changed to T-Mobile for over 20 years . And this year we change . T-Mobile assistants are incapable of helping .

Before lunch, we stopped by T-Mobile. It wasn't busy when we entered but people started to file in. They sell Samsung and Apple devices as well as audio and charging accessories. Thank you Jennison and Junior for installing my screen protector on my Pixel 7 Pro!

I added a family member as an authorized user on my account and they went to this store to upgrade their phone. Having worked retail phone sales years back, I was wise enough to check my T-Mobile account the very next day and lo and behold, the sales rep added $18 a month insurance to the line with the new iPhone without telling my family member about it. ALWAYS check your online account after leaving a T-Mobile store to avoid shady practices like this.

Best and most responsive staff of any T-Mobile that I've ever been in!! First of all, both K. Resoles and A. Barnes Were both courteous and energetic sounding on the phone. Then, when I arrived, I had Ms. Rosales' assistance for at least 20 or so minutes. I am going to make this branch my go to store. As a bonus, they are a few doors down from the Happy Uncle Restaurant

By far the worst experience I have been involved with at any store. We went into this store, to upgrade our phones. We have the jump program, the sales guy at the store put two new phones on our line and now have us paying for 4 phones between two phone lines. Told us “this is what most people do”, Then told us we can sell them to anyone, which I find out can’t be done until it is paid off. So what do we now? The worst.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a t-mobile store.The Spanish short man working there is the worst. I had to ask for help as much as him and another guy saw me walk inside the store.Yes it's me the black lady who came back to the store Saturday the 22nd and needed help with the GPS setting on the new phone I just got there.

I had the greatest customer service at this location. Jeff is my hero! I went to this location on Mother’s Day for their new promotion! Obviously, a busy day for T-Mobile, but that didn’t stop Jeff from providing the most courteous, honest, and speedy customer service! Even though he was the only one working at the store, he made sure each customer was greeted and he let everyone know he’ll be with them shortly. My particular case was a multi level process, but Jeff was patient with me and explained everything to me step by step. He even went out of his way to contact his store manager to request authorization as apposed to sending me home or telling me to come back another day. I really appreciate that, it would not have been convenient for me to have to return on another day and miss out on the promotion. Overall, I’d have to say Jeff gave me the best customer service experience I have ever received at any T-Mobile store. Thanks Jeff, you rock!!!

Went in to try and get all three of my family's separate prepaid lines under one plan after striking out getting someone competent on t-mobile's customer service #. Thalia did her best to try and help. She was able to get the new sim cards activated in each phone but no luck on switching to one prepaid account but I did appreciate her efforts.
