#11 pump is unacceptably slow. Should have stopped and driven to another station. Will not buy gas here again.

During late night this is a safe location. Many people at Starbucks and other shops next door. Police cruisers visit this location in the night.

Doesn't seem to matter what I order or when I order it; This place will ALWAYS 100% of the time cancel my order through UberEats. I'd leave a review there, but they conveniently don't present me with that option. Maybe don't list yourselves as OPEN on the app if you aren't actually willing to fulfill orders.

This gas station attracts funny people from time to time, so if you get caught up in an act sit back and enjoy the short show!The store is normal and the gas supplies are dependable, especially during the east coast gas shortage 2021. Prices may be high, but that is Sunoco.

Hardly any of the cooler items have a price listed. If you do find something with a price listed, it's more expensive once you get to the register.This has been my experience twice now.I'm not coming back.

Lousy car wash. Air machine broken. Poor customer service. I've gone to this station often over the last 10 years. After today, never again. In the past, I've used their car wash many times and it was good. This weekend I paid $12 for the Rain-X wash. When I got home, my car looked it hadn't even been washed. I drove back to this Sunoco and spoke with the cashier. We went out and looked at the car together. At this point, I expected an easy resolution would be for them to let me go through the wash again. Instead the cashier basically shrugged it off, so I said forget it and he went back inside. As I was getting ready to back out the other employee, who I assume was the manager/supervisor came out. He looked at the car and said the reason my car wasn't clean was their wash is brushless. I explained to him that it's always worked well before, but today it wasn't doing the job. Again, he had a chance to offer to fix it, but instead he shrugged it off and went back inside too. Sad.

Location is nice, the car wash is subpar and the gas pumps tend you ask you far too many questions and the response is so slow when trying to pay with debit/credit card at the pump.

The worst gas station I have ever been, I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a car wash which it didn't clean my car, the cashier gave me another code and my car was still the same as when I first got here... they made me wait for the manager because nobody in the store was able to give me a refund, when he got to the station he didn't help me with it... I don't know who gave the worst customer service if it was the manager or the employees cause the manager just told me to call sunoco because he said, they might be able to send me a gift card with mine money refunded. ???

I went to this gas station to get my car washed in January. Upon exiting ,there was a big crack in my windshield. I immediately reported it to the attendant. I was told to call Sunoco corporate office , which I did. Sunoco corporate told me this was a franchisee location and it was not their responsibility. The Franchisee reported it to his insurance, Nationwide, about a week later. Nationwide claimed it was not the fault of the Franchisee and refused to reimburse me for the repair. But Nationwide never bothered to go inspect the damage to my car before concluding their "investigation". In the end it cost me $250 for a car wash, and my car came out dirty. Sunoco refuses to stand by the products & services of their framnchisees, and you have no idea whether a location is corporate owned or franchised when going there.
