Removed squeegee to clean windows. To clean them you need to pay for a car wash. Goodbye customer service

Horrible car wash. Half of it does not work to clean soap off the passenger side. Gasoline is sometimes cheaper but their customer service skills are terrible.

My car's front suspension was making a noise when I turned right or left, so I tried taking it to this nearby shop, which is called All Star Auto Service. Note that it is not affiliated in any way with the convenience store or gas station. The mechanic test drove my car and called me promptly to inform me that the axle bearings were worn and needed replacement. As they got into removing the axles, he called me back to tell me the ball joints were bad as well. He as kind enough to send me pictures of the worn joints and said the car wasn't that safe to drive any long distance, so I asked him to get a quote on that as well. He shoped around to get the best price on parts and was able to get the axles and ball joints replaced in the same day. The car is now quiet and sounding so much better. I was impressed with the attentive service here and would recommend this shop. I will certainly go back for future car repair needs.

I pulled in for gas and to put air in one of my tires. The air pump did not work, so I ended up wasting my time + money for nothing!!

Last month I stop in for gasoline and a carwash, an ultimate carwash. I went through the wash, the washer pressure was not working properly. Only the right power washer was working. The left power washer was weak and barely squirted soap or water. It seemed like the left washer was clogged. I notified the cashier and asked for a refund or a credit for another carwash when the washers get fix and work properly. The cashier called the Manager/Supervisor, Kumar got on the phone. Kumar took my phone numbers and said he would contact me so I could return to get a credit for another carwash. Well he never called! This is bad business, bad customer service!
