You’ll love it here. I’ve been here for 2plus years so I’ve gotten pretty acquainted with the team taking care of us. Chris at the front desk is always pleasant to speak to and jumps on any issues I have. Stephanie is the best property manager everrrr. Love her. The real star though is the maintenance team. Angel is the best. They hired a new maintenance guy who my kids love talking to. Definitely a great community for family and super responsive.

Chris was so nice and professional when my husband and I took a tour at the apartment complex! Answered all of our questions and he did everything he could to help us when we applied at the apartment complex. Everyone is at the office is so nice and welcoming!

My move-in experience has been less than satisfactory due to several unresolved issues. Firstly, there was no inspection done before leasing, leading to the oversight of multiple issues. The thermostat is broken(leaving us in no heat during the snow storm), the dishwasher and dryer are malfunctioning, and there's a noticeable draft through the front door. Additionally, the sink faucet remains unfixed. To add to these challenges, a water leak from the rooftop has emerged, posing potential structural and safety concerns. It's disappointing that such crucial issues were overlooked, indicating a lack of thorough inspection and maintenance by the management. Overall, these unresolved issues have made settling into my new home more difficult than anticipated.

I was a tenant for three years. I had the most wonderful experience in this community. Location is central. Property managers have been very helpful. All my maintenance requests were resolved within a day. Rent is very economical in comparison with other properties nearby. We had a beautiful view of creek, dog park and lush greenaey from our apartment. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you ?

Stephanie is the best property manager that I have ever worked with. She has been very attentive to all my requests as a new tenant. Stonecreek is a wonderful community with no pest and friendly neighbors! Highly recommended

Management are raising rents Exponentially and coming up each year with new fees.. It seems like there is no effort to keep old tenants because the market is on their side and you have no negotiation power. You will just get what some software generated for you..
Roaches have been a big unresolved issue.
Do not get fooled by the upgraded kitchens and appliances.. the more you stay the more you realize how low the quality is of the appartement is. You literally feels each movement of you neighbors.
Safety in the neighborhood is in a sharp decline.

Took a tour this afternoon with my partner. We arrived and we met with the leasing agent Chris. He was kind enough to show us the entire property and a unit. He gave us all the information we needed! We really loved the property and will be putting in a application soon.

I was looking for a good area to move to, and I fell in love with it instantly. Stefanie was very attentive and patient with me, she explained and helped me with all the paperwork. The tour around the establishment was very good, Chris was very kind and very friendly.
